भोपाल । रेलवे प्रशासन ने इंदौर, उज्जैन की ओर से यहां आने वाली कुछ गाडिय़ों के टाइम टेबल में मामूली परिवर्तन किया है। इंदौर-बिलासपुर नर्मदा एक्सप्रेस अब इंदौर से प्रति दिन 25 मिनट की देरी से रवाना होगी। यह बदलाव एक जुलाई से शुरू हो जाएगा। यह गाडिय़ां भोपाल में हॉल्ट लेकर जाती हैं।

इसी तरह अन्य गाडिय़ों के टाइम-टेबल में भी 5 से लेकर 10 मिनट तक का परिवर्तन किया गया है। यह टाइम-टेबल इस प्रकार है।

भोपाल। रेलवे प्रशासन ने लंबी वेटिंग को देखते हुए 09307/०९३०८ इंदौर-यशवंतपुर-इंदौर स्पेशल ट्रेन को 30 जुलाई तक बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है। यह गाड़ी आते-जाते वक्त भोपाल में हॉल्ट लेकर जाती है। इंदौर से यह गाड़ी 28 जुलाई तक और यशवंतपुर से 30 जुलाई तक चलाई जाएगी।


टे्रन नंबर 09307 इंदौर-यशवंतपुर स्पेशल 30 जून के अलावा 7, 14, 21 और 28 जुलाई को इंदौर से चलेगी। इसी तरह गाड़ी नंबर 09308 यशवंतपुर-इंदौर स्पेशल 2, 9, 16, 23 और 30 जुलाई को यशवंतपुर से चलाई जाएगी। इस गाड़ी में शनिवार से रिजर्वेशन मिलने लगेगा। इस गाड़ी का भोपाल आने का टाइम-टेबल इस प्रकार है।

लखनऊ. उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने मेट्रो रेल परियोजना की घोषणा को मूर्तरूप देते हुए गुरुवार को इसके पहले चरण को हरी झंडी दे दी। मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव की अध्यक्षता में राज्य मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार लखनऊ के लोगों को यातायात की सुगम एवं सुचारू सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए अमौसी हवाईअड्डे से चारबाग, विधानसभा, हजरतगंज, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय, आईटी चौराहा तथा पालिटेक्निक चौराहा होते हुए मुंशी पुलिया तक के 23 किमी मार्ग तक इस चरण में मेट्रो रेल दौड़ेगी।

इस विषय में लिए गए नीतिगत निर्णय के अनुसार, लखनऊ मेट्रो रेल परियोजना के लिए डीएमआरसी द्वारा प्रस्तुत डीपीआर में प्रस्तावित दो कॉरिडोर में से प्रथम चरण में 22.994 किमी लंबे नाथ-साउथ कॉरिडोर के संरेखण को अनुमोदित किया गया। इसके तहत भूमिगत भाग चारबाग से हजरत गंज तथा लगभग तीन किमी रहेगा।

ज्ञातव्य है कि डीएमआरसी द्वारा अप्रैल 2011 में दिए गए डीपीआर में इस कॉरिडोर की 7.208 किमी भाग को भूमिगत रखा गया था। डीएमआरसी द्वारा मेट्रो सेल के साथ कई चरणों में परीक्षण कराकर इसमें लगभग 4.2 किमी लंबाई में भूमिगत के स्थान पर एलीवेटेड रेल का प्रस्ताव दिया, जिससे योजना की लागत में लगभग एक हजार करोड़ रुपए की बचत संभावित है।

LUCKNOW: The state government has begun considering loan options for Lucknow Metro rail project after giving green signal to its first phase. On Friday, chief minister Akhilesh Yadav held a closed door meeting with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)'s India chief, Shinya Ejima and deputy chief representative of India, Ichiguchi Tomohide along with other senior officials of the international agency.The agency has a rich expertise in funding metro projects of cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. Though it was a preliminary round of talks between the government and the funding agency, sources said in all likelihood, JICA would be chosen as the international funding agency for the Metro rail project. Officials have already stated that they are looking for an agency which is able to sanction loan in a timely manner and has rich experience in funding mega projects. JICA comes across as the most suitable option to fulfill these terms and conditions of the government. Since it was the first visit of JICA's India chief to Lucknow, it shows the agency's keenness to fund the Metro project.

The meeting which was attended by Madhukar Jetley, advisor to externally aided projects department, and Rakesh Garg, principal secretary to the CM along with other officials. They discussed the best possible loan options for the state. "The terms and conditions have to be in the best interest of the state for providing a world class Metro service to the citizens of Lucknow," said an official.

The delegates will further meet the government, once the proposal of obtaining loan from the international agency, is sent to the ministry of urban development and the department of economic affairs, GOI over next few days.

On Thursday, the state cabinet had approved construction of the first phase of metro rail -- North-South corridor -- in Lucknow, a 23-km stretch from Amausi airport to Munshipulia. It would be built at a cost between Rs 7,000-8,000 crore.

The DPR (Detailed Project Report) has been prepared by DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) which has tried to reduce the underground stretch from the earlier proposed 7 km to 3 km underground track from Charbgah upto Hazratganj, which would bring down the construction cost by about Rs 1,000 crore. A special purpose vehicle (SPV) - Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation - is also to be formed in due course of time to execute the project in a time-bound manner.Lucknow's population has been rapidly growing over the past few years because of the migration of population from suburban areas to avail better facilities. A mass rapid transit system is, therefore, integral to a growing city like Lucknow to decrease the traffic pressure on roads. Besides solving traffic issues, Metro rail is also expected to reduce road risks and bring down air and noise pollution levels considerably, thereby improving city's environment.The ground work for Metro will most likely begin by year-end. Officials claim that the first phase would be completed in about 3-4 years (by 2016) if everything works according to the plan. A formal proposal on inclusion of Lucknow metro in 'The Metro Railways (Construction of Works) and Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Acts would soon be sent to the Centre- a mandatory step to get the necessary legal backing to beginning the work.

Southern Railway (SR) has published the salient features of its timetable for 2013-14. It includes introduction of 2 new fully Airconditioned Superfast Expresses, 20 New Express trains, 7 passengers and MEMUs, 11 Extensions, 6 Frequency increases, some changes in timings and days of service, in addition to speeding up of several trains. LUCKNOW: The state government has begun considering loan options for Lucknow Metro rail project after giving green signal to its first phase. On Friday, chief minister Akhilesh Yadav held a closed door meeting with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)'s India chief, Shinya Ejima and deputy chief representative of India, Ichiguchi Tomohide along with other senior officials of the international agency.The agency has a rich expertise in funding metro projects of cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. Though it was a preliminary round of talks between the government and the funding agency, sources said in all likelihood, JICA would be chosen as the international funding agency for the Metro rail project. Officials have already stated that they are looking for an agency which is able to sanction loan in a timely manner and has rich experience in funding mega projects. JICA comes across as the most suitable option to fulfill these terms and conditions of the government. Since it was the first visit of JICA's India chief to Lucknow, it shows the agency's keenness to fund the Metro project.

The meeting which was attended by Madhukar Jetley, advisor to externally aided projects department, and Rakesh Garg, principal secretary to the CM along with other officials. They discussed the best possible loan options for the state. "The terms and conditions have to be in the best interest of the state for providing a world class Metro service to the citizens of Lucknow," said an official.

The delegates will further meet the government, once the proposal of obtaining loan from the international agency, is sent to the ministry of urban development and the department of economic affairs, GOI over next few days.

On Thursday, the state cabinet had approved construction of the first phase of metro rail -- North-South corridor -- in Lucknow, a 23-km stretch from Amausi airport to Munshipulia. It would be built at a cost between Rs 7,000-8,000 crore.

The DPR (Detailed Project Report) has been prepared by DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) which has tried to reduce the underground stretch from the earlier proposed 7 km to 3 km underground track from Charbgah upto Hazratganj, which would bring down the construction cost by about Rs 1,000 crore. A special purpose vehicle (SPV) - Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation - is also to be formed in due course of time to execute the project in a time-bound manner.Lucknow's population has been rapidly growing over the past few years because of the migration of population from suburban areas to avail better facilities. A mass rapid transit system is, therefore, integral to a growing city like Lucknow to decrease the traffic pressure on roads. Besides solving traffic issues, Metro rail is also expected to reduce road risks and bring down air and noise pollution levels considerably, thereby improving city's environment.The ground work for Metro will most likely begin by year-end. Officials claim that the first phase would be completed in about 3-4 years (by 2016) if everything works according to the plan. A formal proposal on inclusion of Lucknow metro in 'The Metro Railways (Construction of Works) and Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Acts would soon be sent to the Centre- a mandatory step to get the necessary legal backing to beginning the work.

HMDA, HMR told to jointly develop a master plan for future Metro Rail extensions in the extended HMDA area, keeping the future needs of the fast-expanding city in mind

Chief Secretary P.K. Mohanty on Friday advised HMDA Commissioner Neerabh Kumar Prasad and HMR Managing Director N.V.S. Reddy to jointly develop a master plan for the future Metro Rail extensions in the extended HMDA area keeping the future needs of fast expanding Hyderabad city in mind.He said that Metro Rail, MMTS, National and State highways and major bus depots should be integrated and a transit-oriented development approach should be adopted. The CS was conducting the Special Task Force (STF) meeting to assess the progress of the Hyderabad Metro Rail project.Earlier, HMR MD N.V.S. Reddy made a presentation to senior officials of STF where he explained that the project was jetting ahead with 780 foundations (21 km), 625 pillars (17.5 km), 3,700 segments (sufficient for 11 km) completed and elevated viaduct has been erected over 4.5 km. He has mentioned that 70 per cent of Uppal depot works and 40 per cent Miyapur depot works have also been completed.Following the presentation, Mr. Mohanty called upon the GHMC and Collectors of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts to speed up acquisition of properties in the critical stretches for road widening in metro corridors for the ‘Right of Way’ and for a smooth flow of traffic during the construction.

Concessionaire L&TMRHL was told to finish foundations and pillar erection works in critical stretches in the core areas besides also reducing the barricade widths within a couple of months.

Traffic police was instructed to accord permission for more work fronts wherever two lanes are available on either side after barricading.

Both, the HMR and L&TMRHL have to carryout road improvement works and adopt traffic management solutions, including diversion of traffic to alternate routes, etc. Same goes to R&B and NH authorities too for road restoring works since the cost was being borne by the HMR.

The APCPDCL was urged to furnish estimates for 231 electrical poles, 28 distribution transformers and 30 other electrical installations while APTransco has to complete substations at Uppal and Miyapur depots as per schedule. The defence authorities have been asked to expedite the handing over of three acres of land to HMR after allocation of suitable encumbrance free land by the R.R. district Collector.

The HMR has offered to pay market rates for railway lands and sought fast approvals to the engineering designs for taking up construction of eight metro rail crossings over the existing railway lines. There were also pending shift of water and sewer lines.

एसएमएसवर आधारित तिकीटविक्रीला रेल्वेमंत्री मल्लिकार्जुन खर्गे यांच्या हस्ते सुरुवात झाली. १३९ आणि ५६७६७१४ या क्रमांकावर ही सेवा उपलब्ध आहे. या सेवेमुळे रेल्वे रिझर्व्हेशनसाठी बुकिंग ऑफिसला जा, रांगेत उभे राहा, फॉर्म भरा आणि आपला नंबर यायची वाट बघत बसा, या कंटाळवाण्या प्रक्रियेतून लाखो प्रवाशांची सुटका होणार आहे.

ई-तिकिटिंगपाठोपाठ एसएमएसवरून तिकीट मिळण्याची नवीन सुविधा 'इंडियन रेल्वे कॅटरिंग अँड टूरिझम कॉर्पोरेशन'तर्फे (आयआरसीटीसी) सुरू करण्यात आलेय. देशात इंटरनेटचा वापर करणारी जनता फक्त १० टक्के आहे. याउलट, ८० टक्के नागरिकांकडे मोबाइल आहे. त्यांना रेल्वे तिकीट मिळवणं सोपं व्हावं, या उद्देशानं ही एसएमएस तिकीट सेवा सुरू करण्यात आल्याचं रेल्वेमंत्र्यांनी स्पष्ट केलं. या सेवेसाठी स्मार्टफोन किंवा मोबाइल इंटरनेटची गरज नाही. मोबाइल बँकिंगच्या सहाय्याने प्रवाशांना तिकीट मिळण्याचा मार्ग उपलब्ध झाला आहे.

एसएमएसवरून तिकीट बुक करण्यासाठी आधी आयआरसीटीसी आणि बँकेत आपला मोबाइल नंबर नोंदवणे आवश्यक आहे. त्यानंतर बँकेकडून 'मोबाइल मनी आयडेंटिफायर' आणि 'ओटीपी' ( वन टाइम पासवर्ड) मिळाल्यानंतर एका एसएमएसद्वारे मेल/एक्स्प्रेस क्रमांक , प्रवासाचे ठिकाण , प्रवासाची वेळ , दर्जा , प्रवाशांचे नाव नोंदवायचा असून त्यानंतर 'आयआरसीटीसी' कडून ट्रान्सॅक्शन आयडी मिळेल. बँकेकडून रक्कम वळती केल्यावर प्रवाशांना तिकीट मिळू शकेल. प्रवासादरम्यान तिकीट नोंदणीचा एसएमएस योग्य ओळखपत्रासह ग्राह्य मानला जाईल.

ही सेवा सर्वच मोबाइल सेवापुरवठादारांकडून दिली जाणार असून दोन एसएमएससाठी तीन रु. आणि बँकेकडून ५ हजारांपर्यंतच्या रकमेसाठी पाच रुपयांचे शुल्क आकारले जाईल.
