उत्तर रेलवे महाप्रबंधक विजय कुमार गुप्ता ने एक जुलाई से प्रभावी नई समय सारणी का विमोचन शुक्रवार को कर दिया। नई समय सारणी के तहत फरीदाबाद को तीन साप्ताहिक ट्रेनों का स्टॉपेज दिया गया है। जबकि चार ट्रेनों के प्रस्थान में और तीन के आगमन के समय में बदलाव किया गया है। एक एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन के रूट में बदलाव किया गया है।  नई समय सारणी के हिसाब से प्रमुख विशेषताओं में 42 नई रेलगाड़ियां चलेंगी। जिसमें मेल एवं एक्सप्रेस 33 गाड़ियां शामिल है।  जबकि 9 पैसेंजर और ईएमयू ट्रेनें हैं। 9 रेलगाड़ियों के सेवा दिनों में बढ़ोतरी की गई है।



15 एक्सप्रेस और 2 पैसेंजर रेलगाड़ियों की यात्रा को विस्तार दिया गया है। 10 के चलने के दिनों में परिवर्तन, 2 ट्रेनों के नंबर में बदलाव  और  106 गाड़ियों के प्रस्थान के समय को बदला गया है।  आगमन में यह आंकड़ा 85 ट्रेनों का है। जबकि 6 ट्रेनों को अतिरिक्त ठहराव दिया गया है। नॉर्दर्न रेलवे के चीफ प्रवक्ता नीरज शर्मा ने बताया कि ओल्ड फरीदाबाद स्टेशन पर तीन साप्ताहिक ट्रेनों बांद्रा-हरिद्वार 22917, कोटा-जम्मूतवी 19803 और इंदौर-चंडीगढ़19307 का स्टापेज तय किया गया है।



इसमें बांद्रा-हरिद्वार बुधवार को बांद्रा से 11.50 पर चलेगी। जबकि हरिद्वार से गुरुवार को 18.50 पर निकलेगी। कोटा-जम्मूतवी कोटा से शनिवार को 15.00 बजे निकलेगी। रविवार को जम्मू से 23.45 बजे चलेगी। इंदौर-चंडीगढ़ का इंदौर से बुधवार को 3.30 बजे और चंडीगढ़ से गुरुवार को 6.25 बजे का समय है।



उन्होंने बताया कि फरीदाबाद रुकने वाली उत्कल एक्सप्रेस के रूट में बदलाव किया गया है। जबकि सचखंड, मुंबई जनता, देहरादून और मेवाड़ के प्रस्थान समय में 5 से 40 मिनट का बदलाव है। इसी प्रकार आगमन में सचखंड, मुंबई जनता और उज्जैनी एक्सप्रेस के समय में 5 से 10 मिनट का बदलाव किया गया है।

बिलासपुर. धनबाद-पटना एक्सप्रेस पर हुए नक्सली हमले के बाद रेलवे बोर्ड ने आरपीएफ को अलर्ट कर दिया है। खासकर खड़गपुर, चक्रधरपुर और नागपुर रेल मंडल के नक्सल प्रभावित इलाकों में सतर्कता बरतने के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। रेलवे के अलावा राज्य शासन के खुफिया विभाग ने भी संकेत दिए हैं कि नक्सली फिर से ट्रेनों को निशाना बना सकते हैं।

बिहार में धनबाद-पटना इंटरसिटी एक्सप्रेस पर नक्सलियों द्वारा किए गए हमले के बाद रेलवे बोर्ड ने आरपीएफ को गोपनीय पत्र जारी किया है। 13 जून की इस घटना में आरपीएफ जवान शहीद हो गया था, साथ ही दो अन्य लोगों की मौत हो गई थी। रेलवे बोर्ड से जारी पत्र में कहा गया है कि नक्सली लगातार वारदातों को अंजाम दे रहे हैं।

खुफिया विभागों ने भी संकेत दिए हैं कि नक्सली आगे भी आम लोगों को निशाना बनाने की प्लानिंग कर रहे हैं। ऐसे में संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों पर विशेष नजर रखी जाए और खासकर यात्री ट्रेनों की सुरक्षा के लिए हर संभव कदम उठाए जाएं। पत्र में सुरक्षा के उपायों की जानकारी नहीं दी गई है, लेकिन स्थानीय स्तर पर इसकी पुख्ता प्लानिंग शुरू कर दी गई है। चक्रधरपुर मंडल में एहतियात के तौर पर यात्री ट्रेनों के आगे खाली इंजन रवाना करने की योजना है।

LUCKNOW: The state government has begun considering loan options for Lucknow Metro rail project after giving green signal to its first phase. On Friday, chief minister Akhilesh Yadav held a closed door meeting with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)'s India chief, Shinya Ejima and deputy chief representative of India, Ichiguchi Tomohide along with other senior officials of the international agency.The agency has a rich expertise in funding metro projects of cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. Though it was a preliminary round of talks between the government and the funding agency, sources said in all likelihood, JICA would be chosen as the international funding agency for the Metro rail project. Officials have already stated that they are looking for an agency which is able to sanction loan in a timely manner and has rich experience in funding mega projects. JICA comes across as the most suitable option to fulfill these terms and conditions of the government. Since it was the first visit of JICA's India chief to Lucknow, it shows the agency's keenness to fund the Metro project.

The meeting which was attended by Madhukar Jetley, advisor to externally aided projects department, and Rakesh Garg, principal secretary to the CM along with other officials. They discussed the best possible loan options for the state. "The terms and conditions have to be in the best interest of the state for providing a world class Metro service to the citizens of Lucknow," said an official.

The delegates will further meet the government, once the proposal of obtaining loan from the international agency, is sent to the ministry of urban development and the department of economic affairs, GOI over next few days.

On Thursday, the state cabinet had approved construction of the first phase of metro rail -- North-South corridor -- in Lucknow, a 23-km stretch from Amausi airport to Munshipulia. It would be built at a cost between Rs 7,000-8,000 crore.

The DPR (Detailed Project Report) has been prepared by DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) which has tried to reduce the underground stretch from the earlier proposed 7 km to 3 km underground track from Charbgah upto Hazratganj, which would bring down the construction cost by about Rs 1,000 crore. A special purpose vehicle (SPV) - Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation - is also to be formed in due course of time to execute the project in a time-bound manner.Lucknow's population has been rapidly growing over the past few years because of the migration of population from suburban areas to avail better facilities. A mass rapid transit system is, therefore, integral to a growing city like Lucknow to decrease the traffic pressure on roads. Besides solving traffic issues, Metro rail is also expected to reduce road risks and bring down air and noise pollution levels considerably, thereby improving city's environment.The ground work for Metro will most likely begin by year-end. Officials claim that the first phase would be completed in about 3-4 years (by 2016) if everything works according to the plan. A formal proposal on inclusion of Lucknow metro in 'The Metro Railways (Construction of Works) and Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Acts would soon be sent to the Centre- a mandatory step to get the necessary legal backing to beginning the work.

The Ministry of Railways has released its new All India Railway Time Table known as “TRAINS AT AGLANCE (TAG)” which has come into effect from 1st July, 2013. In addition to the “Trains at a Glance”, all the 17 Zonal Railways to release their Zonal Railway Time Tables which will come into effect from 1st July, 2013.

Passengers are advised to refer to the new timings w.e.f. 1st July 2013 before starting the journey. The new Trains at a Glance will also be shortly uploaded on Railways’ official website i.e. www.indianrailways.gov.in.

1. Encouraged by the public response over the past few years all the user-friendly features of Trains at a Glance viz. how to read a table, route map, station index, trains between important stations, station code index, Train number index, Train name index, has been retained.

2. Commercial information of passenger use and interest viz. advance reservation period, reservation through internet, Tatkal scheme, Refund rules and rail travel concessions have been suitably updated.

3. Information regarding Vigilance organization, Public grievance machinery, disaster management and catering services have been incorporated.

4. Railway Budget 2013-14 announcements: The Mail/Express services (introduction, extension and increase in frequency of the existing services) that have been announced in the Railway Budget/announced in the Parliament have been incorporated in the new Trains at a Glance are as under:

NEW DELHI: Three months after work on an underground tunnel in Mandi House-ITO section of Delhi Metro got stalled because of its close proximity to the Tilak Bridge railway overpass, the Northern Railway officials said that it was their "duty to ensure that a mega budget project does not hurt the safety concerns'' of the railways.

The Northern railway on Friday maintained that they have asked for clarifications and that once these "safety issues" are sorted out, permission will be duly given to DMRC to proceed with the work. "We have seen that the DMRC have time and again taken up the matter with the media. Yet none of their top officials contacted us directly," said a top railway official.

V K Gupta, general manager, Northern Railway, said that they are hopeful of giving the permission. "This is a running line that connects one of the busiest railway stations in the country. With the onset of the monsoon season, we need to be extra careful about the security and safety of our structure.,'' he said. A DMRC official termed it as a procedural issue. As the corridor is below the Tilak Bridge, the Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) has checked the corridor for any unsafe practices, the official said.

Southern Railway (SR) has published the salient features of its timetable for 2013-14. It includes introduction of 2 new fully Airconditioned Superfast Expresses, 20 New Express trains, 7 passengers and MEMUs, 11 Extensions, 6 Frequency increases, some changes in timings and days of service, in addition to speeding up of several trains. મરોલીના પ્લેટફોર્મ ઉપર વર્ષો અગાઉ ઓવરહેડ ફૂટબ્રિજ બનાવાયો હતો. આ ફૂટબ્રિજની હાલત જર્જરિત થયેલી છે. જેને મરામત કરવા કે નવો બનાવવા માટે વેસ્ટર્ન રેલવેએ ઓરમાયું વર્તન દાખવેલ છે. ટ્રેનોના જવા આવવાના સમયે પેસેન્જરો આ બ્રિજનો ઉપયોગ કરતા હોય છે અને સવારે ૮.૦૦ વાગ્યાના સમયથી ૯.૦૦ વાગ્યા દરમિયાન લોકલ પેસેન્જર, શટલ અને મેમુ ટ્રેન આવવાના સમયે ત્રણે પ્લેટફોર્મ ઉપર પેસેન્જરોનું પ્રમાણ વધુ રહે છે.

भोपाल। रेलवे प्रशासन ने लंबी वेटिंग को देखते हुए 09307/०९३०८ इंदौर-यशवंतपुर-इंदौर स्पेशल ट्रेन को 30 जुलाई तक बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है। यह गाड़ी आते-जाते वक्त भोपाल में हॉल्ट लेकर जाती है। इंदौर से यह गाड़ी 28 जुलाई तक और यशवंतपुर से 30 जुलाई तक चलाई जाएगी।


टे्रन नंबर 09307 इंदौर-यशवंतपुर स्पेशल 30 जून के अलावा 7, 14, 21 और 28 जुलाई को इंदौर से चलेगी। इसी तरह गाड़ी नंबर 09308 यशवंतपुर-इंदौर स्पेशल 2, 9, 16, 23 और 30 जुलाई को यशवंतपुर से चलाई जाएगी। इस गाड़ी में शनिवार से रिजर्वेशन मिलने लगेगा। इस गाड़ी का भोपाल आने का टाइम-टेबल इस प्रकार है।

लखनऊ. उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने मेट्रो रेल परियोजना की घोषणा को मूर्तरूप देते हुए गुरुवार को इसके पहले चरण को हरी झंडी दे दी। मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव की अध्यक्षता में राज्य मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार लखनऊ के लोगों को यातायात की सुगम एवं सुचारू सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए अमौसी हवाईअड्डे से चारबाग, विधानसभा, हजरतगंज, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय, आईटी चौराहा तथा पालिटेक्निक चौराहा होते हुए मुंशी पुलिया तक के 23 किमी मार्ग तक इस चरण में मेट्रो रेल दौड़ेगी।

इस विषय में लिए गए नीतिगत निर्णय के अनुसार, लखनऊ मेट्रो रेल परियोजना के लिए डीएमआरसी द्वारा प्रस्तुत डीपीआर में प्रस्तावित दो कॉरिडोर में से प्रथम चरण में 22.994 किमी लंबे नाथ-साउथ कॉरिडोर के संरेखण को अनुमोदित किया गया। इसके तहत भूमिगत भाग चारबाग से हजरत गंज तथा लगभग तीन किमी रहेगा।

ज्ञातव्य है कि डीएमआरसी द्वारा अप्रैल 2011 में दिए गए डीपीआर में इस कॉरिडोर की 7.208 किमी भाग को भूमिगत रखा गया था। डीएमआरसी द्वारा मेट्रो सेल के साथ कई चरणों में परीक्षण कराकर इसमें लगभग 4.2 किमी लंबाई में भूमिगत के स्थान पर एलीवेटेड रेल का प्रस्ताव दिया, जिससे योजना की लागत में लगभग एक हजार करोड़ रुपए की बचत संभावित है।

देश में मोबाइल फोन इस्तेमाल करने वालों की बढ़ती संख्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए रेलवे ने एसएमएस के जरिए रेलवे टिकट बुक कराने की नई सुविधा की शुरुआत की। रेल मंत्री मल्लिकार्जुन खडग़े ने शुक्रवार को इसका एलान किया। वहीं, नॉर्दर्न रेलवे ने अपने क्षेत्र से चलने वाली दर्जनों रेलगाडिय़ों के समय, दिन व रास्तों में परिवर्तन करते हुए इस साल 42 नई रेलगाड़ी चलाने की घोषणा की है।

नॉर्दर्न रेलवे ने बदला दर्जनों ट्रेनों का टाइम टेबल 

नॉर्दर्न रेलवे ने अपने क्षेत्र से चलने वाली दर्जनों रेलगाडिय़ों के समय, दिन व रास्तों में परिवर्तन करते हुए इस साल 42 नई रेलगाड़ी चलाने की घोषणा की है। घोषणा के अनुसार परिवर्तित समय सारणी एक जुलाई 2013 से लागू होगी। नॉर्दर्न रेलवे के जीएम वीके गुप्ता ने नई समय-सारणी पुस्तिका का विमोचन करते हुए कहा कि परिवर्तित ट्रेनों के बारे में सभी जानकारी यात्री रेलवे के पूछताछ के नंबर 139 से ले सकते हैं। गुप्ता ने कहा कि इन ट्रेनों के समय, दिन तथा मार्ग में परिवर्तन यात्रियों मांग व उनके सुविधा के अनुसार की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार के रेल बजट में उत्तर रेलवे को कुल 42 नई ट्रेनें मिली हैं। जिसमें 33 मेल,एक्सप्रेस तथा नौ सवारी ट्रेनें शामिल हैं। कुछ ट्रेनों के समय आदि में परिवर्तन इस लिए की गई जिससे यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए नई ट्रेनों को ट्रैक पर उतारा जा सके।

उन्होंने बताया कि पुरी-हरिद्वार उत्कल एक्सप्रेस तथा विशाखा पत्तनम-हजरत निजामुद्दीन हीराकुंड एक्सप्रेस, कोयंबटूर-हजरत निजामुद्दीन कोंगू एक्सप्रेस को बंगलुरू के बजाय यशवंतपुर के रास्ते चलाया जाएगा। वहीं गोरखपुर-बेंगलूरु एक्सप्रेस अब यशवंतपुर से चलाई जाएगी। गुप्ता ने बताया कि उत्तर रेलवे के बेड़े में इस वर्ष कुल 42 नई ट्रेनें शामिल होने जा रही हैं। जिसमें 33 मेल, एक्सप्रेस तथा नौ सवारी ट्रेनें शामिल हैं। ये ट्रेनें दिल्ली, लखनऊ, मुरादाबाद, फिरोजपुर तथा अंबाला मंडल से चलाई जाएंगी। जिसमें सबसे ज्यादा फायदा दिल्ली मंडल के आनंद विहार टर्मिनल को हुआ है। जहां से इस साल चार और नई रेलगाडिय़ों का परिचालन होगा। फिलहाल टर्मिनल से 10 ट्रेनों का परिचालन किया जा रहा है।

इस टर्मिनल से सफर करने वाले यात्रियों की संख्या में लगातार बढ़ोतरी और यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए इस बार के रेल बजट में यहां से चार ट्रेनों को चलाने का निर्णय लिया गया था। आनंद विहार-कानपुर-आनंद विहार (14152/51)साप्ताहिक, आनंद विहार-मऊ-आनंद विहार (1502625) सप्ताह में दो दिन। आनंद विहार-काम या-आनंद विहार (15622/23) साप्ताहिक तथा आनंद विहार-राधिकापुरम-आनंद विहार(22488/87) दैनिक लिंक एक्सप्रेस शामिल हैं। इन ट्रेनों का परिचालन शुरू होने के बाद पूरब की तरफ जाने वाली हजारों यात्रियों को फायदा होगा।

इन रेलगाडिय़ों के टाइम टेबल में हुआ बदलाव

रेलवे द्वारा बदली गई रेलगाडिय़ों में नई दिल्ली-रांची-नई दिल्ली राजधानी एक्सप्रेस, हावड़ा-नई दिल्ली युवा एक्सप्रेस, नई दिल्ली- भुवनेश्वर-नई दिल्ली दूरंतो, नई दिल्ली-इलाहाबाद-नई दिल्ली दूरंतो एक्सप्रेस समेत सौ से अधिक ट्रेनें शामिल हैं। वहीं रेलवे ने राधिका पुर-आनंद विहार लिंक एक्सप्रेस (22488/22487) प्रतिदिन शुरू की गई है। जिसके चलते पहले से चल रही ट्रेन संख्या 25715/16 निरस्त कर दी गई है। साथ ही ट्रेन संख्या 64426, 64055, 64434, 64427, 64429 तथा 64433 अब मंडावली रेल यात्रियों के मांग पर चंद्र विहार हाल्ट पर ठहरेगी। पहले यह रेलगाड़ी यहां इस हाल्ट पर नहीं रुकती थी।
