You will not be able to book or cancel tickets between 00:20hrs to 04:00hrs of 30/09/2016. IRCTC has issued a notice regarding the same during which any booking or cancellation cannot be done. For those passengers, in case their train gets cancelled by Railways there will be full refund automatically. In case there is partial cancellation, route diversion or train termination in between, you need to file a TDR seventy two hours of scheduled departure of the train at passengers boarding station. | ||
