You will not be able to book or cancel tickets between 00:20hrs to 04:00hrs of 30/09/2016. IRCTC has issued a notice regarding the same during which any booking or cancellation cannot be done. For those passengers, in case their train gets cancelled by Railways there will be full refund automatically.
