भोपाल। रेलवे प्रशासन ने लंबी वेटिंग को देखते हुए 09307/०९३०८ इंदौर-यशवंतपुर-इंदौर स्पेशल ट्रेन को 30 जुलाई तक बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है। यह गाड़ी आते-जाते वक्त भोपाल में हॉल्ट लेकर जाती है। इंदौर से यह गाड़ी 28 जुलाई तक और यशवंतपुर से 30 जुलाई तक चलाई जाएगी।


टे्रन नंबर 09307 इंदौर-यशवंतपुर स्पेशल 30 जून के अलावा 7, 14, 21 और 28 जुलाई को इंदौर से चलेगी। इसी तरह गाड़ी नंबर 09308 यशवंतपुर-इंदौर स्पेशल 2, 9, 16, 23 और 30 जुलाई को यशवंतपुर से चलाई जाएगी। इस गाड़ी में शनिवार से रिजर्वेशन मिलने लगेगा। इस गाड़ी का भोपाल आने का टाइम-टेबल इस प्रकार है।

दिल्ली की नांगलोई में पैसेंजर ट्रेन पर पथराव करने और रेलवे टै्रक पर प्रदर्शन करने से रोहतक-दिल्ली रेल मार्ग चार घंटे तक बाधित रहा। टै्रक पर ट्रेनों का संचालन नहीं होने के कारण यात्रियों को काफी परेशानीका सामना करना पड़ा। बाद में अधिकारियों ने प्रदर्शनकारियोंको कार्रवाई का आश्वासन देने के बाद टै्रक को चालू किया गया।
बृहस्पतिवार रात नांगलोई में स्थानीय लोगों और रेलवे यात्रियों के बीच खूनी संघर्ष होगया था, जिसमें आधा दर्जन से अधिकलोग घायल हो गए थे। इसी वारदात केविरोध में शुक्रवार को नांगलोई में कुछ लोगों ने रोहतक से सवा छहबजे चलने वाली पैसेंजर ट्रेन टीआर पर पथराव कर दिया। ट्रेन में सवार यात्रियों ने भी हंगामाखड़ा कर दिया, जिसके कारण स्थिति तनावपूर्ण हो गया। नांगलोई में उग्र स्थिति को देखते हुए दिल्लीकी तरफ जाने वाली सभी ट्रेनों को बहादुरगढ़, सांपला व रोहतक में ही रोक लिया गया। उससे यात्रियोंको काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा। सबसे ज्यादा परेशानी तो दिल्ली जाने वाले नौकरीपेशा लेागों को उठानी पड़ी। सुबह के वक्त दिल्ली की तरफ हजारों यात्री ट्रेनों में यात्रा करते हैं, लेकिन रेलवे टै्रक अवरुद्ध होने के कारण ट्रेनें दिल्ली नहीं पहुंच सकी। यात्री बीच के स्टेशनों में ही ट्रेनों में फंसे रहे। कई स्थानों पर ट्रेनोंमें सवार यात्रियों ने भी रोष प्रकट किया, लेकिन नांगलोई में स्थिति तनावपूर्ण होने के कारण रेलवे ने गाड़ियों को आगे नहंी बढ़ने दिया। सुबह दस बजे के बाद ही रेलवे टै्रक पर दोबारा से ट्रेनें दौड़ना शुरू हुई। इसके बाद ही यात्रियों ने राहत की सांस मिली।
ये ट्रेनें हुई प्रभावित
तिलकब्रिज जाने वाले पैसेंजर ट्रेन सुबह सवा छह बजे रोहतक स्टेशन से रवाना हुई। नांगलोई पहुंचने पर इसी ट्रेन पर वहां के स्थानीय लोगों ने पथराव शुरू कर दिया। जिसके कारण ट्रेन को वहीं पर रोकना पड़ा। सात बजकर 57 मिनट पर रवना हुई सिरसा एक्सप्रेस को सांपला रेलवे स्टेशन पर रोकना पड़ा। इसी तरह आठ बजे कर बीस मिनट पर चलने वाली पैसेंजर ट्रेन और नौ बजकर दस मिनट पर चलने वाली पैसेंजर ट्रेन को भी बीच के स्टेशन पर रोका गया था। हालांकि इस समय दिल्ली की तरफ से कोई ट्रेन नहीं होने के कारण टै्रक ज्यादा प्रभावित नहीं हो सका।
सड़क यातायात से रवना हुए यात्री
दिल्ली में नौकरीपेशा करने वाले यात्रियों ने अपने कार्यालयों में पहुंचने के लिए सड़क यातायात का सहारा लेना पड़ा। ट्रेनों में फंसे यात्री रोडवेज बसों व अन्य वाहनों से अपने गंतव्य की तरफ रवाना हुए। उधर, स्टेशन पर मौजूद यात्रियों को भी घंटों ट्रेनों का इंतजार करना पड़ा। स्टेशन पर पूछताछ केंद्र के बाहर यात्रियों की भीड़ जमा रही।
आरपीएफ व जीआरपी ने संभाला मोर्चा
नांगलोई में ट्रेन पर पथराव किए जाने की घटना को लेकर स्थिति बिगड़ गई थी। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए आरपीएफ और जीआरपी कर्मियों ने मोर्चा संभालते हुए स्थिति पर कंट्रोल किया। आरपीएफ व जीआरपी थाना रोहतक से पुलिस बल नांगलोई पहुंचा, उधर दिल्ली आरपीएफ पुलिस फोर्स भी वहां पहुंच गई थी। इसके बाद ही प्रदर्शनकारियों को शांत कराया गया।
मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए रोकी ट्रेन
रोहतक स्टेशन के अधीक्षक बलवान सिंह मीणा से जब इस बारे में बातचीत की तो उन्होंने बताया कि नांगलोई में स्थानीय लोगों और यात्रियों के बीच बृहस्पतिवार रात को हुई झड़प के बाद शुक्रवार को पथराव कर दिया था। इस घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए ट्रेनों कोरोकना पड़ा। सुबह दस बजे के बाद ट्रेनों का दोबारा से संचालन शुरू कर दिया गया था।

बिलासपुर. धनबाद-पटना एक्सप्रेस पर हुए नक्सली हमले के बाद रेलवे बोर्ड ने आरपीएफ को अलर्ट कर दिया है। खासकर खड़गपुर, चक्रधरपुर और नागपुर रेल मंडल के नक्सल प्रभावित इलाकों में सतर्कता बरतने के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। रेलवे के अलावा राज्य शासन के खुफिया विभाग ने भी संकेत दिए हैं कि नक्सली फिर से ट्रेनों को निशाना बना सकते हैं।

बिहार में धनबाद-पटना इंटरसिटी एक्सप्रेस पर नक्सलियों द्वारा किए गए हमले के बाद रेलवे बोर्ड ने आरपीएफ को गोपनीय पत्र जारी किया है। 13 जून की इस घटना में आरपीएफ जवान शहीद हो गया था, साथ ही दो अन्य लोगों की मौत हो गई थी। रेलवे बोर्ड से जारी पत्र में कहा गया है कि नक्सली लगातार वारदातों को अंजाम दे रहे हैं।

खुफिया विभागों ने भी संकेत दिए हैं कि नक्सली आगे भी आम लोगों को निशाना बनाने की प्लानिंग कर रहे हैं। ऐसे में संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों पर विशेष नजर रखी जाए और खासकर यात्री ट्रेनों की सुरक्षा के लिए हर संभव कदम उठाए जाएं। पत्र में सुरक्षा के उपायों की जानकारी नहीं दी गई है, लेकिन स्थानीय स्तर पर इसकी पुख्ता प्लानिंग शुरू कर दी गई है। चक्रधरपुर मंडल में एहतियात के तौर पर यात्री ट्रेनों के आगे खाली इंजन रवाना करने की योजना है।

भोपाल। रेलवे प्रशासन ने लंबी वेटिंग को देखते हुए 09307/०९३०८ इंदौर-यशवंतपुर-इंदौर स्पेशल ट्रेन को 30 जुलाई तक बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है। यह गाड़ी आते-जाते वक्त भोपाल में हॉल्ट लेकर जाती है। इंदौर से यह गाड़ी 28 जुलाई तक और यशवंतपुर से 30 जुलाई तक चलाई जाएगी।


टे्रन नंबर 09307 इंदौर-यशवंतपुर स्पेशल 30 जून के अलावा 7, 14, 21 और 28 जुलाई को इंदौर से चलेगी। इसी तरह गाड़ी नंबर 09308 यशवंतपुर-इंदौर स्पेशल 2, 9, 16, 23 और 30 जुलाई को यशवंतपुर से चलाई जाएगी। इस गाड़ी में शनिवार से रिजर्वेशन मिलने लगेगा। इस गाड़ी का भोपाल आने का टाइम-टेबल इस प्रकार है।

LUCKNOW: The state government has begun considering loan options for Lucknow Metro rail project after giving green signal to its first phase. On Friday, chief minister Akhilesh Yadav held a closed door meeting with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)'s India chief, Shinya Ejima and deputy chief representative of India, Ichiguchi Tomohide along with other senior officials of the international agency.The agency has a rich expertise in funding metro projects of cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. Though it was a preliminary round of talks between the government and the funding agency, sources said in all likelihood, JICA would be chosen as the international funding agency for the Metro rail project. Officials have already stated that they are looking for an agency which is able to sanction loan in a timely manner and has rich experience in funding mega projects. JICA comes across as the most suitable option to fulfill these terms and conditions of the government. Since it was the first visit of JICA's India chief to Lucknow, it shows the agency's keenness to fund the Metro project.

The meeting which was attended by Madhukar Jetley, advisor to externally aided projects department, and Rakesh Garg, principal secretary to the CM along with other officials. They discussed the best possible loan options for the state. "The terms and conditions have to be in the best interest of the state for providing a world class Metro service to the citizens of Lucknow," said an official.

The delegates will further meet the government, once the proposal of obtaining loan from the international agency, is sent to the ministry of urban development and the department of economic affairs, GOI over next few days.

On Thursday, the state cabinet had approved construction of the first phase of metro rail -- North-South corridor -- in Lucknow, a 23-km stretch from Amausi airport to Munshipulia. It would be built at a cost between Rs 7,000-8,000 crore.

The DPR (Detailed Project Report) has been prepared by DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) which has tried to reduce the underground stretch from the earlier proposed 7 km to 3 km underground track from Charbgah upto Hazratganj, which would bring down the construction cost by about Rs 1,000 crore. A special purpose vehicle (SPV) - Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation - is also to be formed in due course of time to execute the project in a time-bound manner.Lucknow's population has been rapidly growing over the past few years because of the migration of population from suburban areas to avail better facilities. A mass rapid transit system is, therefore, integral to a growing city like Lucknow to decrease the traffic pressure on roads. Besides solving traffic issues, Metro rail is also expected to reduce road risks and bring down air and noise pollution levels considerably, thereby improving city's environment.The ground work for Metro will most likely begin by year-end. Officials claim that the first phase would be completed in about 3-4 years (by 2016) if everything works according to the plan. A formal proposal on inclusion of Lucknow metro in 'The Metro Railways (Construction of Works) and Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Acts would soon be sent to the Centre- a mandatory step to get the necessary legal backing to beginning the work.

ALLAHABAD: Changes have been made in the new time table of the railways that will be implemented from July 1. Several new trains will be introduced in the current year while timings of certain trains have been changed.

About 18 new trains will be introduced that will pass through the North Central Railway region. Though the date of running of these trains will be declared later, the timings have been mentioned in the new railway time table.

The new trains include Kanpur-Anand Vihar terminal (14151/14152), Bandra-Ramnagar (19061/19062), Bandra-Haridwar Express (22917/22918), Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Nizamuddin Express (22109/22110), Jaipur-Lucknow Express (19715/19716), Shirdi Sainagar-Kalka Express (22455/22456), Kolkata-Agra Cantt Express (13167/13168), Kota-Jammu Tawi Express (19803/19804), Mau-Anand Vihar terminal Express (15025/15026), Patliputra-Yashwantpur Express (22351/22352), Nanded-Nangaldam Express (22457/22458), Yeshwantpur-Lucknow Express (22683/22684), Thirvanthapuram-Nizamuddin Express (22633/22634), Chhapra-Durg Express (15117/15118), Bhubneshwar-New Delhi Express (22805/22806), Indore-Chandigarg Express (19307/19308) and Kanpur-Barabanki Memu (64236/64235).

Out of the 18 new trains, two will pass through Allahabad railway junction, including weekly Yashwantpur-Lucknow Express that will travel via Manikpur, Allahabad and Prayag.

Apart from these new trains, a few existing one will be extended to other stations. Allahabad-Mathura (12403/12404) will be extended to Jaipur. Indore-Gwalior Express will be extended to Jhansi, Darbhanga-Bangalore Express to Mysore, Durg-Chhapra Express to Muzaffarpur and Gondia, Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Darbhanga Express to Raxaul, Madgaon-Hazrat Nizamuddin Express to Chandigarh, Meerut- Nimach Link Express to Mandasor, Yeshwantpur-Hazrat Nizamuddin Sampark Kranti Express to Chandigarh (2 days) and Chhapra-Kanpur Anwarganj Express to Farrukhabad. However, the date of extensions of the above trains will be announced later.

The major jolt to the people of Allahabad will be that four trains would skip Allahabad junction following change in route.

These trains include Howrah-Gwalior/Mathura Chambal Express (12175/12176/12177/12178), Indore-Howrah Shipra Express (22911/22912), Rajendra Nagar-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (13201/13202) and Mumbai CST-Varanasi Mahanagri Express (11093/11094). These trains would now pass through Chheoki. In addition to this, routes of some trains, including Puri-Haridwar Express, Vishakhapatnam-Amritsar would also be changed.

Besides, Allahabad-New Delhi Duranto Express (12275/12276) will now depart from Allahabad on Sunday instead of Saturday. On its return journey it will start from New Delhi on Monday instead of Sunday. The change would be implemented from September 6. However, this train will continue to leave from Allahabad on Tuesday and Thursday and from New Delhi end on Wednesday and Friday.

In addition to this, day of running of some other trains too have been changed. This includes Howrah-New Delhi Yuva Express, Bhubneshwar- New Delhi Duranto Express, Sealdah-New Delhi and Amritsar-Indore Express.

Almost a couple of months after the CBI arrested Mahesh Kumar in the `10 crore railway bribery scam, the Railway Ministry is yet to give sanction to prosecute Kumar.

The CBI has finalised its chargesheet in the case and has sent its file to the Directorate of Prosecution seeking legal opinion on the evidence gathered and charges levelled against the accused.

On May 3, the CBI arrested former railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal’s nephew Vijay Singla while accepting a part payment of bribe amount of `90 lakh sent by ‘associates of Kumar to get him transferred from Member (Staff), Railway Board to Member (Electrical) Board.

It is alleged that Singla had demanded `10 crore to get Mahesh Kumar transferred.

In its chargesheet, the CBI would name Kumar, Singla and Bangalore based railway equipment supplier Manjunath, who arranged the bribe money.
