पूर्वोत्तर रेलवे एक जुलाई से बीस गाड़ियों का समय परिर्वतन करने जा रहा है। इसमें बरेली से गुजरने वाली पांच गाड़ियां शामिल हैं।
पूर्वोत्तर मंडल के अनुसार एक जुलाई से ट्रेनों का समय पहले के मुकाबले घटाया गया है। परिवर्तन के बाद बरेली से छूटने वाली गाड़ियां इस प्रकार होंगी। इसमें प्रत्येक शनिवार को आने वाली जम्मूतवी-मुजफ्फरपुर (12492) साप्ताहिक एक्सप्रेस अब सुबह 8:23 बजे के स्थान पर सुबह 8:18 बजे बरेली पहुंचेगी। दैनिक दिल्ली- रक्सौल एक्सप्रेस (15274) रात में 11:27 बजे के बजाय रात 11:22 बजे, अमृतसर-दरभंगा जननायक एक्सप्रेस (15212) सुबह 6:45 बजे के स्थान पर सुबह 6:30 बरेली पहुंचेगी। इसी के साथ प्रत्येक शनिवार व रविवार चलने वाली पोरबंदर-मुजफ्फरपुर एक्सप्रेस (19269) रात 1:10 बजे के स्थान पर रात 1:00 बजे और प्रत्येक गुरुवार चलने वाली साप्ताहिक गाड़ी आनंद विहार-मुजफ्फरपुर एक्सप्रेस (12212) रात 1:10 के स्थान पर रात 1:00 बजे बरेली पहुंचेगी।
उत्तर रेलवे की दो ट्रेंनों का समय भी बदला
इसी के साथ उत्तर रेलवे की दो ट्रेनों का समय भी बदल दिया गया है। रात 8:25 बजे जाने वाली बरेली-अलीगढ़ एक्सप्रेस अब 9:15 पर जंक्शन से रवाना होगी। वहीं बरेली भुज आला हजरत एक्सप्रेस सुबह 6:25 बजे की बजाए 6:05 पर जाएगी। इन दोनों ट्रेने नए टाइम टेबल के अनुसार शनिवार से लागू हो जाएगा।

केंद्रीय वन व पर्यावरण मंत्रालय, विज्ञान व तकनीकी विभाग तथा भारतीय रेल के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में निकाली गई साइंस एक्सप्रेस शुक्रवार को दक्षिण-पूर्व रेलवे अंतर्गत खड़गपुर स्टेशन पहुंची। इसके पहले 16 डिब्बों वाली यह ट्रेन सिनी स्टेशन में 25 से लेकर 27 जून तक ठहरी थी। रेलनगरी में इस दिन ट्रेन के पहुंचने पर अपर मंडल रेल प्रबंधक प्रकाश कुमार मंडल, वरिष्ठ मंडलीय कार्मिक अधिकारी सीएम सारेन, रेसुब के वरिष्ठ सुरक्षा आयुक्त पीवीएस शांताराम समेत तमाम अधिकारी स्वागत के लिए मौजूद रहे। प्रथम दिन रेल अधिकारियों समेत काफी तादाद में विभिन्न स्कूलों के विद्यार्थियों ने ट्रेन का मुआयना किया। यह ट्रेन खड़गपुर स्टेशन से पहली जुलाई को रवाना होकर बालासोर स्टेशन के लिए प्रस्थान करेगी। ट्रेन के भीतर वन, पर्यावरण, विज्ञान व तकनीक से संबंधित सैकड़ों झांकियों को प्रदर्शित किया गया है। एडीआरएम पीके मंडल ने सभी लोगों से ट्रेन का मुआयना करने की अपील की।

Supporters of Rajeev Arora, state vice-president of Congress, raised slogans against the minister and tried to block his way. The supporters claimed that the RuB is being sanctioned with efforts of Rajeev Arora and he is not invited for the foundation laying ceremony. With construction of the RuB, the long wait and traffic snarls at Arjun Nagar and Kalyan Nagar railway crossings will come to an end. According to Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) officials, after a long wait the designs of the railway underpasses have been approved by the Railway Board and construction will be on a cost-sharing basis between Railways and the state government.

"Though the cost will be shared, the construction will be done by the Railways," an official said adding that the estimated cost for construction of the Kalyan Nagar railway underpass will be Rs 12.31 crore, while Rs 10.35 crore will be spent to construct the Arjun Nagar railway underpass. The JDA will bear a total of Rs 12.18 crore as its share.

Explaining the designs, the official said, "The Arjun Nagar underpass will be constructed in Y-shape while the design of the Kalayan Nagar underpass is similar to the JP Pathak underpass. The JDA will also have to acquire 15-20 metre of land near the Kaylayan Nagar underpass area."

After completion of the underpasses, thousands of residents facing traffic jams everyday will have a huge relief. "There are nearly 50 colonies developed between the Gopalpura bypass and the Kartarpura where many residents travel a number of times through the route everyday. Given this fact, construction of underpasses were a necessity," said Vivek Gupta , a local resident.

The appointments will be made based on clearance from Central Vigilance Commission

Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge on Friday said all vacancies in the Railway Board would be filled, following clearance from the Central Vigilance Commission, within the next few days.

Mr. Kharge told reporters that the post of board chairman, which is set to be vacated on June 30 with the retirement of Vinay Mittal, would be filled either by Monday or Tuesday in consultation with the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).

Sweeping changes are to be made at the board’s higher level — the chairman, two board members, six general managers and 24 Divisional Railway Managers stand to be replaced.

All these appointments would be made over the next few days, delayed perhaps by a few days on account of a number of developments triggered by the recent bribe scam that led to the arrest of Member (Staff) Mahesh Kumar.

If the chairman cannot be appointed by Monday, one of the “eligible” board members — not necessarily the most senior — would be given the charge till a permanent appointment is made.

Mr. Kharge, however, made it clear that he would fill all the posts at the earliest.

The ACC has been sent a list of proposed names to replace the retiring Finance Commissioner Vijaya Kanth, who will vacate the post on Sunday.

Names have been proposed also for the post of Member (Traffic) and seven zonal general managers — four of which are already vacant.

Two other vacancies will arise with the retirement of two GMs, one of them being elevated to Member (Traffic). The Railway Minister has the power to appoint DRMs and these do not require the clearance of the Prime Minister.

TARIFF AUTHORITY

Mr. Mittal said the proposal for the Rail Tariff Authority was under the consideration of an inter-ministerial group before being presented to the Cabinet for approval.

He categorically stated that irrespective of the constitution of the authority, the Railways stood firm on its decision to revise passenger fares and freight charges based on the movement of fuel prices.

पूर्वोत्तर रेलवे एक जुलाई से दस विशेष ट्रेनों का तोहफा देने जा रहा है। इनमें एक ट्रेन बरेली से होकर जाएंगी। इसमें एक पैसेंजर ट्रेन बरेली और लालकुंआ के बीच चलेगी। जो सिटी स्टेशन बरेली से दोपहर दो बजे लालकुंआ के लिए रवाना होगी और वहां से सुबह नौ बजे बरेली के लिए निकलेगी। इसके शुरू होने की तिथि बाद में जारी की जाएगी।

एक जुलाई से विशेष गाड़ियों में छपरा-दिल्ली साप्ताहिक एक्सप्रेस प्रत्येक शनिवार छपरा से सुबह 11:15 बजे चलेगी। यह ट्रेन बलिया, गाजीपुर, लखनऊ, हरदोई, शाहजहांपुर होते हुए चंदौसी के रास्ते दिल्ली जाएगी। वापसी में यह ट्रेन प्रत्येक रविवार दोपहर 1:50 बजे दिल्ली से चलेगी। एक मात्र बरेली से निकलने वाली गाड़ी बांद्रा टर्मिनल-रामनगर साप्ताहिक एक्सप्रेस प्रत्येक गुरुवार सुबह 5:10 बजे बांद्रा से रवाना होगी। वापसी में गाड़ी संख्या रामनगर से प्रत्येक शनिवार सुबह 6:20 बजे चलेगी।

इसी प्रकार छपरा-दुर्ग एक्सप्रेस दैनिक छपरा से शाम 3:40 बजे चलेगी। वापसी में यह गाड़ी दुर्ग से रात 11:15 बजे रवाना होगी। मऊ-आनंद विहार एक्सप्रेस प्रत्येक गुरुवार व रविवार मऊ से शाम 6:10 बजे चलेगी, वापसी में यह ट्रेन आनंदविहार से प्रत्येक सोमवार व शुक्रवार रात 11:55 बजे चलेगी। अमृतसर-लालकुआं एक्सप्रेस सप्ताह में केवल बुधवार अमृतसर से सुबह 5:55 बजे चलेगी। वापसी में यह बुधवार रात 11:15 बजे लालकुआं से चलेगी।

जयपुर-लखनऊ-19715 एक्सप्रेस सप्ताह में प्रत्येक मंगलवार रात 9:45 बजे, शुक्रवार तड़के 2:50 और रविवार तड़के 4:40 बजे से चलेगी। वापसी में गाड़ी संख्या-19716 सोमवार रात 1:45 बजे, बुधवार रात 8:20 बजे और शनिवार शाम 6:20 बजे चलेगी। कानपुर सेंट्रल-आनंद विहार एक्सप्रेस सप्ताह में प्रत्येक रविवार कानपुर से सुबह 7:10 बजे आनंद विहार के लिए रवाना होगी। वापसी में यह ट्रेन आनंद विहार से प्रत्येक रविवार शाम 7:50 बजे चलेगी। कामाख्या-आनंद विहार एक्सप्रेस कामाख्या से प्रत्येक गुरुवार सुबह 6.10 बजे निकलेगी और आनंद विहार से वापस रात 11.45 बजे होगी।

रायपुर।रेलवे बजट में घोçष्ात एसईसीआर जोन की चार ट्रेनों के फेरे एक जुलाई से बढ़ाए जा रहे हैं। इन ट्रेनों की समय सारिणी घोçष्ात कर दी गई है। इसमें छपरा दुर्ग के बीच चलने वाली सारनाथ एक्सप्रेस को दुर्ग से गोंदिया तक और छपरा से मुजफ्फरपुर तक बढ़ाया गया है।


इसी प्रकार हैदराबाद-दरभंगा-हैदराबाद साप्ताहिक एक्सप्रेस का विस्तार दरभंगा से रक्सौल स्टेशन तक और एलटीटी-भुवनेश्वर-एलटीटी साप्ताहिक एक्सप्रेस का विस्तार भुवनेश्वर से पुरी स्टेशन तक किया गया है। चिरमिरी-बिजुरी पैसेन्जर का विस्तार अनूपपुर स्टेशन तक किया गया है। रेलवे बोर्ड ने सारनाथ एक्सप्रेस के विस्तार की तिथि एक जुलाई कर दी है। लेकिन दुर्ग-छपरा के बीच चलने वाली नई सारनाथ एक्सप्रेस की तिथि अभी तय नहीं की गई है। इस गाड़ी की समय सारिणी घोçष्ात कर दी गई है।


नए समय के अनुसार यह ट्रेन रात 11.15 बजे दुर्ग से छूटेगी और रात 12 बजे रायपुर पहुंचेगी। इस ट्रेन में दो एसएलआरडी, छह सामान्य कोच, पांच स्लीपर, एक एसी थर्ड, एक एसी सेकंड सहित कुल 15 कोच होंगे। इसी तरह रेल बजट में दुर्ग-जयपुर साप्ताहिक एक्सप्रेस और दुर्ग-जम्मूतवी-दुर्ग साप्ताहिक एक्सप्रेस व्हाया अमृतसर, बिलासपुर-बीकानेर सप्ताह में दो दिन चलेगी।

इन ट्रेनों की भी समयसारिणी घोçष्ात की गई है, लेकिन परिचालन की तिथि बाद में तय करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। हालांकि समय सारिणी एक जुलाई से लागू हो जाएगा। रायपुर मंडल के अनुसार दुर्ग-जयपुर नई ट्रेन हर रविवार को शाम चार बजे छूटेगी और 4.45 बजे रायपुर पहुंचेगी। जबकि जयपुर से यह ट्रेन प्रत्येक सोमवार को दुर्ग के लिए रवाना होगी।

SAHARSA: Railway authorities are deeply concerned as with the monsoon getting vigorous day by day, the rail track near Fango railway halt on Saharsa-Mansi section under Samastipur division of East Central Railway (ECR) faces great erosion threat, which could snap the lifeline of the vast Kosi division.

The threat of erosion at 6,7,8 and 16th km of the rail track near Fango railway halt is steadily increasing keeping the railway authorities on their tenterhooks. As the water level of river Kosi, dubbed as the sorrow of Bihar, are showing an upward trend, the threat perception too has heightened, according to railway sources.

Divisional railway manager (DRM), Samastipur, Arun Malik, on Friday, said, "I am very much concerned about the rail track between Saharsa and Mansi, which is a true lifeline to the vast swathe of Kosi region." Though at the moment, the situation is "not very alarming" and all possible efforts are on to protect the rail track, he said. Anti-erosion measures are in full swing as boulder pitching and crating on the rail track is already in full blast, he said and hoped that these measures would adequately address the problem.

A reputed construction company, which is said to have the expertise and knowhow in respect of protecting the rail track, has been engaged and is going about the protection work. Besides, hosts of railway engineers are keeping a round the clock vigil, railway sources said. The 44-km-long Saharsa-Mansi rail route has a disconcerting record of facing threat of erosion by the Kosi. The surging waters of Kosi have a worrisome record of changing its course from time to time, railway sources say.

In 2011 and 2012, the Saharsa-Mansi rail track was under tremendous pressure at the same points near Fango railway halt, when some spurs were heavily eroded. War like efforts, which had persisted for days, had salvaged the situation and the all important lifeline was finally protected, railway sources recalled. A rail bridge could be a permanent solution, they suggested.

Meanwhile, overnight torrential rains in catchment areas and plains which continued till late in the day, resulted in swelling of the rivers like Mahananda and Kosi . Mahananda, which traverse through vast parts of Kishanganj, Katihar and partly Purnia districts, was flowing 65.22 metre a little below the danger mark of 66 metre at Taiyabpur ( Kishanganj) and 34.77 metre against the danger mark of 35.65 metre at Dengrahaghat (Purnia ) at 8 am on Friday.

The water discharge level of the Kosi surged to 1,30,670 cusec and 83,125 cusec at Kosi barrage at Bhimnagar near Birpur and Barahkhetra (Nepal) at 8 am on Friday, according to Central Water Commission (CWC) office in Purnia.

LUCKNOW: The state government has begun considering loan options for Lucknow Metro rail project after giving green signal to its first phase. On Friday, chief minister Akhilesh Yadav held a closed door meeting with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)'s India chief, Shinya Ejima and deputy chief representative of India, Ichiguchi Tomohide along with other senior officials of the international agency.The agency has a rich expertise in funding metro projects of cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. Though it was a preliminary round of talks between the government and the funding agency, sources said in all likelihood, JICA would be chosen as the international funding agency for the Metro rail project. Officials have already stated that they are looking for an agency which is able to sanction loan in a timely manner and has rich experience in funding mega projects. JICA comes across as the most suitable option to fulfill these terms and conditions of the government. Since it was the first visit of JICA's India chief to Lucknow, it shows the agency's keenness to fund the Metro project.

The meeting which was attended by Madhukar Jetley, advisor to externally aided projects department, and Rakesh Garg, principal secretary to the CM along with other officials. They discussed the best possible loan options for the state. "The terms and conditions have to be in the best interest of the state for providing a world class Metro service to the citizens of Lucknow," said an official.

The delegates will further meet the government, once the proposal of obtaining loan from the international agency, is sent to the ministry of urban development and the department of economic affairs, GOI over next few days.

On Thursday, the state cabinet had approved construction of the first phase of metro rail -- North-South corridor -- in Lucknow, a 23-km stretch from Amausi airport to Munshipulia. It would be built at a cost between Rs 7,000-8,000 crore.

The DPR (Detailed Project Report) has been prepared by DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) which has tried to reduce the underground stretch from the earlier proposed 7 km to 3 km underground track from Charbgah upto Hazratganj, which would bring down the construction cost by about Rs 1,000 crore. A special purpose vehicle (SPV) - Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation - is also to be formed in due course of time to execute the project in a time-bound manner.Lucknow's population has been rapidly growing over the past few years because of the migration of population from suburban areas to avail better facilities. A mass rapid transit system is, therefore, integral to a growing city like Lucknow to decrease the traffic pressure on roads. Besides solving traffic issues, Metro rail is also expected to reduce road risks and bring down air and noise pollution levels considerably, thereby improving city's environment.The ground work for Metro will most likely begin by year-end. Officials claim that the first phase would be completed in about 3-4 years (by 2016) if everything works according to the plan. A formal proposal on inclusion of Lucknow metro in 'The Metro Railways (Construction of Works) and Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Acts would soon be sent to the Centre- a mandatory step to get the necessary legal backing to beginning the work.

देश में मोबाइल फोन इस्तेमाल करने वालों की बढ़ती संख्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए रेलवे ने एसएमएस के जरिए रेलवे टिकट बुक कराने की नई सुविधा की शुरुआत की। रेल मंत्री मल्लिकार्जुन खडग़े ने शुक्रवार को इसका एलान किया। वहीं, नॉर्दर्न रेलवे ने अपने क्षेत्र से चलने वाली दर्जनों रेलगाडिय़ों के समय, दिन व रास्तों में परिवर्तन करते हुए इस साल 42 नई रेलगाड़ी चलाने की घोषणा की है।

नॉर्दर्न रेलवे ने बदला दर्जनों ट्रेनों का टाइम टेबल 

नॉर्दर्न रेलवे ने अपने क्षेत्र से चलने वाली दर्जनों रेलगाडिय़ों के समय, दिन व रास्तों में परिवर्तन करते हुए इस साल 42 नई रेलगाड़ी चलाने की घोषणा की है। घोषणा के अनुसार परिवर्तित समय सारणी एक जुलाई 2013 से लागू होगी। नॉर्दर्न रेलवे के जीएम वीके गुप्ता ने नई समय-सारणी पुस्तिका का विमोचन करते हुए कहा कि परिवर्तित ट्रेनों के बारे में सभी जानकारी यात्री रेलवे के पूछताछ के नंबर 139 से ले सकते हैं। गुप्ता ने कहा कि इन ट्रेनों के समय, दिन तथा मार्ग में परिवर्तन यात्रियों मांग व उनके सुविधा के अनुसार की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार के रेल बजट में उत्तर रेलवे को कुल 42 नई ट्रेनें मिली हैं। जिसमें 33 मेल,एक्सप्रेस तथा नौ सवारी ट्रेनें शामिल हैं। कुछ ट्रेनों के समय आदि में परिवर्तन इस लिए की गई जिससे यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए नई ट्रेनों को ट्रैक पर उतारा जा सके।

उन्होंने बताया कि पुरी-हरिद्वार उत्कल एक्सप्रेस तथा विशाखा पत्तनम-हजरत निजामुद्दीन हीराकुंड एक्सप्रेस, कोयंबटूर-हजरत निजामुद्दीन कोंगू एक्सप्रेस को बंगलुरू के बजाय यशवंतपुर के रास्ते चलाया जाएगा। वहीं गोरखपुर-बेंगलूरु एक्सप्रेस अब यशवंतपुर से चलाई जाएगी। गुप्ता ने बताया कि उत्तर रेलवे के बेड़े में इस वर्ष कुल 42 नई ट्रेनें शामिल होने जा रही हैं। जिसमें 33 मेल, एक्सप्रेस तथा नौ सवारी ट्रेनें शामिल हैं। ये ट्रेनें दिल्ली, लखनऊ, मुरादाबाद, फिरोजपुर तथा अंबाला मंडल से चलाई जाएंगी। जिसमें सबसे ज्यादा फायदा दिल्ली मंडल के आनंद विहार टर्मिनल को हुआ है। जहां से इस साल चार और नई रेलगाडिय़ों का परिचालन होगा। फिलहाल टर्मिनल से 10 ट्रेनों का परिचालन किया जा रहा है।

इस टर्मिनल से सफर करने वाले यात्रियों की संख्या में लगातार बढ़ोतरी और यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए इस बार के रेल बजट में यहां से चार ट्रेनों को चलाने का निर्णय लिया गया था। आनंद विहार-कानपुर-आनंद विहार (14152/51)साप्ताहिक, आनंद विहार-मऊ-आनंद विहार (1502625) सप्ताह में दो दिन। आनंद विहार-काम या-आनंद विहार (15622/23) साप्ताहिक तथा आनंद विहार-राधिकापुरम-आनंद विहार(22488/87) दैनिक लिंक एक्सप्रेस शामिल हैं। इन ट्रेनों का परिचालन शुरू होने के बाद पूरब की तरफ जाने वाली हजारों यात्रियों को फायदा होगा।

इन रेलगाडिय़ों के टाइम टेबल में हुआ बदलाव

रेलवे द्वारा बदली गई रेलगाडिय़ों में नई दिल्ली-रांची-नई दिल्ली राजधानी एक्सप्रेस, हावड़ा-नई दिल्ली युवा एक्सप्रेस, नई दिल्ली- भुवनेश्वर-नई दिल्ली दूरंतो, नई दिल्ली-इलाहाबाद-नई दिल्ली दूरंतो एक्सप्रेस समेत सौ से अधिक ट्रेनें शामिल हैं। वहीं रेलवे ने राधिका पुर-आनंद विहार लिंक एक्सप्रेस (22488/22487) प्रतिदिन शुरू की गई है। जिसके चलते पहले से चल रही ट्रेन संख्या 25715/16 निरस्त कर दी गई है। साथ ही ट्रेन संख्या 64426, 64055, 64434, 64427, 64429 तथा 64433 अब मंडावली रेल यात्रियों के मांग पर चंद्र विहार हाल्ट पर ठहरेगी। पहले यह रेलगाड़ी यहां इस हाल्ट पर नहीं रुकती थी।
