In the Rail Budget  13-14 it is announced that Three Express Trains For Kerala, Two Passenger Trains ,Extension of Five Train Service , Increase of frequency of Trains, and the introduction of  New Rail Lines for Kerala.  Along with these Railway planned to introduce a New Training Center at Kollam for giving training about Railway related matters to the Youth.
