Title - IRCTC News: TRAINS FOR KERALA

In the Rail Budget  13-14 it is announced that Three Express Trains For Kerala, Two Passenger Trains ,Extension of Five Train Service , Increase of frequency of Trains, and the introduction of  New Rail Lines for Kerala.  Along with these Railway planned to introduce a New Training Center at Kollam for giving training about Railway related matters to the Youth.

EXPRESS TRAINS : LTT – Kochuveli  (Weekly once) Visakhapatnam – Kollam (Weekly once) Mangalore – Kacheguda Passing Through -  Weekly once via Kannur, Kozhikode, Palakkad PASSENGER TRAINS Shoranur – Kozhikode (Daily) Punaloor – Kollam – Kottayam – Thrissur – Guruvayur EXTENSION OF TRAINS Madurai – Kollam to Punaloor Guwahati -  Ernakulam to Trivandrum Ernakulam – Thrissur MEMU to Palakkad Kollam-Nagercoil MEMU to Kanyakumari The service of Chennai – Guruvayur to Chennai – Madurai extended to Thoothukudi / Tuticorin FREQUENCY EXTENDED Kochuveli  - Chandigarh Express – Weekly Twice NEW PROJECTS

NEW RAIL Kottikulam – Kaniyur Shoranur – Mangalore – Third Rali New Training Center at Kollam.
