  Train started 2 hours late from origin station Santragachi , and afterwards it has been running by 12 hours late. No bed roll provided in AC coaches, senior citizens are suffering. No cleaning, dirty compartments, no cleaning system of toilet, no water in the bathroom. The worst train journey ever in my life.

  No cleaning, No security as local passenger use reservation coach as like general one. No rail employee to whom you can contact. No food facility. Train late 2 hours approx.
