  INDIAN RAILWAY, already the train starts at mid-night, if you are rescheduling the start time by 5 hours, how do you think people will board the train at 4:30 am in the morning. Are you operating trains only to the people who reside around the CHENNAI CENTRAL. It is RIDCULOUS. In addition, I am eligible to file TDS only after 3 hour of actual departure. My travel in mid night has been delayed, at the same time, I have to wait further to file TDS, this is really funny on the part of RAILWAY and more irritating for thousands of passengers. At last, one suggestion, when the RAILWAY is capable of sending SMS to all passengers about the delayed start of 5 hrs, why don’t there be a mechanism of choosing YES or NO to travel in the delayed train so that ticket can be cancelled automatically and TDS process is activated simultaneously. By this way, the cancelled ticket slots can be made available in CURRENT BOOKING for those who a looking for a train to travel at 4:30 am.
