  Punctuality is good, and mostly on time. In the early days coaches were good and well maintained. These days passengers are also generally untidy and throw garbage and food waste any where. IRCTC Catering services have generally deteriorated compared to early days. Food is just ok, sometimes just half cooked.

  Food is really bad . Tea time and soup time is not correct. Food quality poor.
