  For last 4 yrs once every week boarded in this train. Once in a blue moon it came in time at TATANAGAR. Moreover, if so, never reached Howrah in time. At least 1 to 1-1/2 hr delay is very normal. Then why it's called Jan Satabdi ? And why charging more in comparison to other express or mail train ? Railway is making general public fool, no improvement is noticed ever.
