The South Central Railway (SCR) today said the Secunderabad-Porbander-Secunderabad Weekly new express train, which was announced in the Railway Budget 2012-13, was introduced by Western Railway yesterday and would run from tomorrow in both directions.A press release said here the Secunderabad-Porbander Weekly Express will leave Secunderabad at 1500 hrs on Wednesdays and arrive Porbander at 0010 hours on Fridays.In the return direction, the Porbander-Secunderabad weekly Express will depart from Porbander at 2355 hrs on Mondays and arrive Secunderabad at 1030 hrs on Wednesdays.Enroute, these trains will stop at Begumpet, Tandur, Wadi, Gulbarga, Solapur, Daund, Pune, Lonavala, Karjat, Kalyan, Bhivandi Road, Vasai Road, Boisar, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Ankleshwar, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Surendranagar, Rajkot, Hapa, Jamnagar and Wansjaliya in both the directions.These trains will comprise of 14 coaches, viz., one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, seven Sleeper Class, three General Second Class, two Second Class Luggage cum Brake van coaches, the release said |
