For a delightful experience to passengers Vistadome coaches is now introduced by Central Railway. These special coaches are specifically made for sight-seeing which Konkan route offers in abundance. Dadar Madgaon Jan-shatabadi will augmented with Vistadome coach with glass roof, rotatable chairs and hanging LCDs. A central Railway spokesperson said, "A Vistadome (glass-top) coach will be attached to the Jan Shatabdi Express running between Dadar and Madgaon from September 18. Booking for the Vistadome coach opened at all computerised reservation centres and on website from today." For advance reservation GST and other charges will be levied apart from reservation charges. Also no concession will allowed to any passenger and minimum chargeable distance shall be 50 kms. | ||
