Two on duty central railway employees got hit by passing train due to which one is dead while other sustained injuries. Nitin Palane age 49 and Deu bhau age 59 were on routine inspection with other employees near kopar station. While working on the track a train was passing just next to it. Immediately after the hit, other employees with railway police took them to the nearest hospital in shashtri nagar where Nitin Palane was declared dead while Bhau’s condition is stable as he sustained minor injuries. Railway police has registered a case of accidental death and will record statements of other employees who were present on the spot. | ||
