South Western Railway has permanently augmented two second sleeper coaches in the train numbers 16231/16232 Mayiladuthurai – Mysore – Mayiladuthurai Express trains and train numbers 16732/16731 Mysore – Tuticorin – Mysore expresses (passing via Karur) to cater to the needs of the commuters.The augmentation of coaches will be done in the Mysore – Mayiladuthurai Express and Mysore – Tuticorin Express with effect from June 7, and in the Mayiladuthurai–Mysore Express and Tuticorin–Mysore Express from June 8.The Southern Railway will add two compartments in the train numbers 16233/16234 Mayiladuthurai–Tiruchi–Mayiladuthurai Expresses with effect from June 8, said a release of Tiruchi Railway division issued here on Friday.
