Due to landslips between Sakleshpur and Subramanya Road stations in Mysore Division of South Western Railway on Friday afternoon, trains between Mangalore and Bangalore have been cancelled till Saturday evening.According to a press release, train nos 16518/16517 Kannur-Yeshwanthpur- Kannur Express via Mangalore Central starting from either end on Friday have been cancelled. Train no 16516 Karwar-Yeshwanthpur Express via Mangalore Junction on Saturday has been cancelled.

Sources in the Mysore Division of the South Western Railway said that train no 16515 Yeshwanthpur-Karwar Tri Weekly Express via Arsikere-Hassan, was terminated at Hassan due to the landslips.Passengers were given full refund, the sources said.
