VADODARA: Sixteen trains were cancelled by the railways on Wednesday due to waterlogging between Vadodara and Bharuch railway stations. Several other trains were diverted, partially cancelled or rescheduled.A release by Vadodara division of Western Railway stated that five trains were partially cancelled, while five others were rescheduled. Four trains were short-terminated at stations much before their destinations even as nine others were diverted.The division also announced that Vadodara-Bhilad (19114), Valsad-Dahod (12929), Valsad-Ahmedabad (19109) and Mumbai-Ferozepur (19023) trains would remain cancelled Thursday. The division has also started a helpline number (0265-2362012) to give information regarding the trains. | ||
