A special fare train between Coimbatore and Chengalpattu is announced by Southern Railways that will in December, January and February. The biweekly train from Coimbatore to Chengalpattu will run from December 19 to February 8 every Monday and Wednesday; while in return direction, train from Chengalpattu to Coimbatore will run from December 20 to February 9 every Tuesday and Thursday. 06068 Coimbatore – Chengalpattu Special will depart from Coimbatore at 07:30PM in the evening and will arrive at Chengalpattu at 04:15AM the next day morning. 06067 Chengalpattu – Coimbatore Special will depart from Chengalpattu at 06:00PM in the evening and will arrive Coimbatore at 05:10AM the next day morning. Stoppages for this train are – Tiruppur, Erode, Karur, Tiruchchirappalli, Ariyalur, Vriddhachalam, Villupuram and Melmaruvathur. Thirteen General Class coaches will form this train. | ||
