In view to avoid rush in regular New Delhi bound trains and to provide better comfort to the commuters in festival season, Railways have decided to run a special train towards New Delhi from Bhubaneswar.

02281/02282 Bhubaneswar – New Delhi – Bhubaneswar weekly Special train will leave Bhubaneswar at 08.10hrs on every Wednesday between 17th October 2012 to 26th December 2012 and will arrive at New Delhi at 06.05hrs on the next days. In the return direction, this train will leave New Delhi at 13.00hrs on every Thursday between 18th October 2012 to 27th December 2012 and will arrive at Bhubaneswar at 11.05hrs on Fridays.This train will have one First Class AC Coach, one AC-2 tier, Four AC-3 tier, Eight Sleeper Class, Two Guard cum Luggage Vans and one Pantry Car in its composition having stoppages at Cuttack, Adra, Gaya, Mughalsarai and Kanpur between Bhubaneswar and New Delhi.
