It was the worst form of butchery, 26-year-old Pritam Bhattacharjee was found dead almost three days ago but so far no action has been taken and now a shocking blame game begins with Union Railway Minister Mukul Roy passing the buck to the Bihar Government calling law and order a state subject.
Meanwhile, Bihar police on Wednesday (July 18) has registered a case against unknown persons.
Pritam was found murdered seven days after he was reported missing and still no action has been taken yet. The distraught family is still waiting for some action in the murder of Pritam.
Bhattacharjees family appeals to the Bihar Government demand justice for him.
