Perpetrators involving loot of Patna Rajdhani Express passengers will be nabbed soon, says Indian Railways. Thieves jumped in Patna – Rajdhani coaches once train stopped on a red signal and robbed coaches. This robbery also led to injuries to passengers.

Railway officials said that Railway has taken up this incident seriously and every person involved in this robbery will be caught and punished.

Three ladies have filed FIR against the robbery that took place in A4, B7 and BH coaches. Suresh Prabhu has already formed a special team to investigate the matter and has also given instruction to team to arrest offenders as soon as possible.

Besides these steps, railway has suspended on-board Railways Protection Force (RPF) personnel for negligence of duty. The coach attendant has also been detained for allegedly helping the dacoits.
