Due to poor patronage in trains between Bengaluru and Mysuru, Indian Railways decided to revise train fares between the two stations. After rationalizing train fares to match road fares Railway has registered a jump in number passengers travelling by 63%. This has also led to a 17% increase in railway profit. | ||
