Jammu : In order to ensure the overall development of Rajouri and Poonch, the twin border districts would be connected through railways soon, Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee chief Saifuddin Soz said yesterday.Rajouri and Poonch have lagged behind in various spheres of life because of their topography and lack of special attention, Soz said in a public meeting at Kalakote.Local Congress leaders have been pursuing the issue, he said.
