The Waltair Division of East Coast Railway will hold an adalat for pending cases of compassionate appointments at the office of the Senior Divisional Personnel Officer here on November 16.The families of deceased employees of Waltair Division pending compassionate appointment may submit their applications in detail to the Senior Divisional Personnel Officer, Waltair Division, on or before October 26, according to Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Waltair Division M. Yelvender Yadav.Applicants have to enclose the death certificate/ medical unfit certificate or FIR in case of missing employees, legal heir certificate, family composition in detail indicating date of birth, present occupation, application seeking employment assistance on compassionate grounds and educational qualification certificates of the candidate with one set of true copies attested by a gazetted officer. The other enclosures to be submitted include copy of the medical identity card, if supplied, affidavit declaring date of birth in case of illiterate widows, settlement papers available, no objection declaration from the elder wards in case of appointment is sought for younger one, photos of the candidate proposed for appointment, adoption deed in case of an adopted son/ daughter.
