The Bombay High Court today issued notices to the Centre, Central Railway and Western Railway on a PIL urging strict security measures at local railway stations, besides ensuring conducive working conditions for motormen and guards.The Public Interest Litigation came up for hearing before Justice A M Khanvilkar and Justice Vijaya Tahilramani who asked the respondents to file replies by November 21. | ||
