Pantry car staff of Mumbai – Delhi August Kranti Rajdhani Express protested after being reprimanded for taking tips from passengers. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation appointed the staff who on Tuesday boarded the train from Mumbai Central from where train departs at 05:40PM. As soon as the train left platform, staff pulled chain and halted the train. Later they argued with pantry car manager over asking passenger for tips. Some sources say that workers were upset over payment issues. A railway official said, “We arranged for six staffers at Borivali where the train halted for extra six minutes instead of the scheduled two minutes. | ||
