Debaraj Panda, an officer of 1985 batch of the Indian Railway Traffic Service has joined as New Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) in Sambalpur Division of East Coast Railway.Mr. Panda has replaced A. K Gupta who has been transferred to North Central Railway, Allahabad. Prior to this new posting, Mr. Panda was serving as Chief Freight Transportation Manager (CFTM) of East Coast Railway here. | ||
