Nagpur: The Nagpur division of Central Railway has grossed a revenue of Rs 209.63 crore in May this year, with an increase of 53 per cent, an official release said. In the corresponding month last year, the revenue collected was Rs 136.52 crore, it said.The goods earnings in May was Rs 178.90 crore as compared to Rs 110.07 crore in the corresponding month last year, registering an increase of 63 per cent.The total passenger revenue earnings of Nagpur division in May was Rs 26.51 crore, with a rise of 15 per cent.During April-May, the total passenger revenue earnings were Rs 51.35 crore as compared to Rs 45.51 crore during the same period last year, registering an increase of 13 per cent, the release said.
