Near Maharastra’s Asangaon, seven coaches of Nagpur - Mumbai Duronto Express derailed in the early morning hours today. Accident relief trains from Kalyan will reach on site soon. Doctors will officials have already reached on the site. Bus service will be provided to stranded passengers along with their luggage to their destination. Around 6:35AM the accident took place near Asangaon railway station derailing seven coaches. Railway traffic on this route is affected, while engineering staff will be reaching along with Accident relief train. As far as casualties are concerned, few passengers received injuries while few were rescued from derailed coaches. The CSMT-Howrah Gitanjali Express, which departs from Mumbai early morning, has been diverted via Kalyan-Panvel-Karjat-Pune-Daund-Manmad route. | ||
