New Delhi/ Mughalsarai: A Member of Parliament (MP) and half a dozen other passengers fell ill after taking food in Ranchi Rajdhani Express. Kameshwar Baitha, who is a Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) Lok Sabha MP, said, "The food being served on the train is of sub-standard quality, which resultant into problems to several passengers. " According to information, passengers of New Delhi bound Rajdhani express complained pain in abdomen after taking dinner in train. MP- Baitha also felt the same and immediately complained to train attendants. Doctor was called for check-up of passengers, when they created uproar at Mughalsarai Railway station on Friday night. A team of railway officials claimed to found inferior quality of food in pantry. Baitha said that he would complaint to the railway minister about sub-standard food served in the VVIP train. This is not the first time when passengers have complaint about inferior quality of food severed to passengers in the VVIP train. |
