To carry out maintenance work of tracks, signaling & overhead equipment, a jumbo block will be taken o­n Up & Dn slow lines between Churchgate and Mumbai Central (Local) from 10:35 hrs to 15:35 hrs o­n Sunday, 9th September, 2018. 

 During the block period, all slow line trains will be operated o­n fast lines between Churchgate and Mumbai Central (Local). Due to this, some Up and Dn suburban trains will remain cancelled. Detailed information to this effect is available with concerned Station Masters.

• 14512 Meerut City- Allahabad Nauchandi Express Journey Commencing o­n 08, 12, 18, 23 & 29.09.2018 & 06.10.2018 will beshort terminated at Lucknow. Consequently, 14511 Allahabad - Meerut City Nauchandi Express Journey Commencing o­n 09,13,19,24 & 30.09.2018 & 07.10.2018 will short originate from Lucknow. 
• 14218 Chandigarh - Allahabad Unchahar Express Journey Commencing o­n 29.09.2018 will be short terminated at Kanpur. Consequently, 14217 Allahabad – Chandigarh Unchahar Express Journey Commencing o­n 30.09.2018 will short originate from Kanpur. 
• 54254/54253 Lucknow – Prayag - Lucknow passenger Journey Commencing o­n 30.09.2018 will beshort terminated at / short originate from Pratapgarh. 

Regulation Of Trains During Block: 

• 14125 Allahabad - Mankapur Suryu Express train Journey Commencing o­n 09,13,19 & 24.09.2018 and 07.10.2018 will depart 60 minutes late from its scheduledtime. 
• 11071 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus - Varanasi Kamayani Express Journey Commencing o­n 08,12,18 & 23.09.2018 and 06.10.2018 will be regulated for 150 minutes at Allahabad. 
• 15159 Chhapra - Durg Sarnath Express train Journey Commencing o­n 30.09.2018 will be regulated for 30 minutes enroute. 

Train number 06028 Kollam – Tambaram Special Fare train will arrive Sengottai at 14.45 Hrs and will depart at 14.50 hrs. Instead of 15.00 Hrs as notified earlier.

Accordingly, Train number 06028 Kollam - Tambaram Special fare train will depart from Kollam at 11:30 Hrs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and will arrive Sengottai at 14:45 Hrs and will arrive Tambaram at 03:30 Hrs.

Railway will run Chennai Central - Hazarat Nizamuddin - Chennai Central Garib Rath Express train with rake of Humsafar Express from September 15 and 17 onward.

Accordingly train number 12611 Chennai Central – H.Nizamuddin Garib Rath Express will run from September 15 with revised train composition as - 15 AC three tier coaches and 1 Pantry Car

Similarly, train number 12612 H.Nizamuddin - Chennai Central Garib Rath Express will run from September 17 with revised train composition as - 15 AC three tier coaches and 1 Pantry Car

In view of Tirupati Brahmotasavam festival, the following passenger specials will run from September 11 to 20 for the convenience of passengers. The details of all these trains are given below - 

Train number 05603 Chennai Beach – Arakkonam passenger special will depart Chennai Beach at 21.40 hrs from September 11 to 20 and will arrive Arakkonam at 23.00 hrs. the same day. 

Train Composition:  

• 8 - General Second class coaches, Luggage- cum - brake van – 2 coaches 

Stoppages: Perambur & Tiruvallur 

Train number 05601 Arakkonam – Renigunta passenger special will depart Arakkonam at 15.00 hrs from September 11 to 20 and will arrive Renigunta at 16.30 hrs the same day. 

Train Composition :  

• 8 - General Second-class coaches, Luggage- cum -brake van – 2 coaches 

Stoppages: Tiruttani, Ekambarakuppam and Puttur 

Train number 05602 Renigunta – Chennai Beach passenger special will depart Renigunta at 17.10 hrs from September 11 to 20 and will arrive Chennai Beach at 21.00 hrs the same day.

• 8 - General Second-class coaches, Luggage- cum - brake van - 2 coaches 

Stoppages: Puttur, Ekambarakuppam, Tiruttani, Arakkonam Jn, Tiruvallur, and Perambur 

LHB (Linke-Hofmann-Busch) coaches have been allotted for train number 15119 / 15120 Manduadih – Rameswaram – Manduadih Weekly train services.
Train Number 15119 / Manduadih – Rameswaram – Manduadih Weekly trains will be converted into LHB stock as per details given below -

Train number 15119 Rameswaram - Manduadih Weekly Express will run with LHB coaches from September 12.
Train number 15120 Manduadih - Rameswaram Weekly Express will run with LHB coaches from September 9.

Train number 06030 Velankanni – Panvel Special fare special has been extended to run upto Vasai Road . This special fare train will depart from Velankanni on 21.45 hrs o­n September 8 - Saturday and will arrive Vasai Road at 13.15 hrs o­n September 10 - Monday.

रेलवे बोर्ड के निर्देशनुसार कुछ चुने गये रेल खण्डों एवं कुछ चिन्हित ट्रेनों के लिए अनारक्षित स्लीपर क्लास टिकट सीमित स्टेशनों पर स्थित अनारक्षित टिकट प्रणाली से जारी किये जा रहे हैं। इस सुविधा का विस्तार अब दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2019 तक किया गया है। 

दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे में समय-समय पर चलायी जा रही आकस्मिक टिकट चेकिंग अभियान के दौरान यह पाया गया कि बहुत से रेलयात्री सामान्य द्वितीय श्रेणी के रेल टिकट के साथ कुछ खण्डों में यात्रा करते है। 

इसी बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए महत्वपूर्ण स्टेशनों से जहॉ पर यूटीएस (अनारक्षित टिकट सेवा), या अन्य यात्री टिकट सुविधा केन्द्र उपलब्ध हैं; वहां पर अनारक्षित स्लीपर क्लास टिकट कुछ शर्तों के आधार पर जारी किये जाएंगे। अभी तक यह सुविधा 19 स्टेशनों के लिए थी और अब इसे 31 रेलवे स्टेशनों तक बढ़ा दिया गया है | यह सुविधा बिलासपुर रेलवे जोन के 50 स्टेशनों में 118 मेल एक्सप्रेस एवं 08 पैसेंजर गाडियों में प्रदान की गयी है।यह सुविधा कुछ सामान्य शर्तो के साथ 31 मार्च, 2019 तक लागू रहेगी | 

अनारक्षित टिकटधारियों के लिए ये हैं कुछ नियम - 

• अनारक्षित टिकटधारी सीट या बर्थ के लिए दावा नही कर सकेंगे।  
• सीट या बर्थ खाली रहने की स्थिति में आरक्षण शुल्क लेकर टिकट चेकिंग स्टॉफ द्वारा सीट का आबंटन किया जाएगा। 
• स्लीपर क्लास टिकिट चिन्हित ट्रेनों में एवं चिन्हित स्टेशनों के लिए जारी किए जाएंगे।  
• इस प्रकार की टिकट कम से कम 200 किलोमीटर की दूरी के ही बन सकेंगे। 
• समय-समय पर रेलवे द्वारा जारी नियम या सर्कुलर इन टिकटों पर प्रभावी होंगे। 
• दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे से सुबह 06 बजे से शाम 06 बजे के मध्य गुजरने वाली गाडियों के लिए ही टिकट जारी किया जाएगा। 
• इस प्रकार की रेल टिकटों का क्रय अतिकृत अजेन्ट से या खिडकी द्वारा ही क्रय की जाये।
