To add more convenience to passengers railway has extended train number 12015 / 12016 New Delhi - Ajmer - New Delhi  Shatabdi  Express to run from and to Daurai. This change will be effective from 1st June as details -

Train number 12015 New Delhi - Ajmer Shatabdi Express will arrive at Ajmer at 12.45 p.m. and   will depart from there at 12.55 p.m. to arrive at Daurai at 01.10 p.m. the same day.

Train number 12016 Daurai - New Delhi  Shatabdi  Express Train  will depart from Daurai at 03.15 p.m. to arrive at Ajmer at 03.30 p.m. the same day from 01.06.2018. From Ajmer it will depart at 03.45 p.m. to arrive at New Delhi at 10.40 p.m. the same day.

Note that  there is no change in timings, stoppages & days of run.

Due to operational reasons, northern railway has cancelled special train between Gorakhpur and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai on May 12 and 13.

Accordingly, train number 02597  Gorakhpur-Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai Special is cancelled on May 12 and train number 02598   Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai – Gorakhpur Special is cancelled on May 13.

Due to Upgradation work at Naganahalli yard, the following trains will not take halt at Naganahalli station o­n May 18 -

• Train number 56231 Mysuru - KSR Bengaluru Passenger.
  
  
• Train number 56281 Chamarajanagar - KSR Bengaluru Passenger.

To carry out maintenance work, a jumbo block will be taken for five hours from 10.35 hrs to 15.35 hrs o­n Sunday, 13 May o­n Up and Down Harbour Lines between Mahim Junction and Andheri stations.

During the block all Andheri trains which are scheduled o­n Andheri platform Number 1 and 2 harbour services towards Central Railway will remain cancelled. 

Due to the block, some Up and Down local trains will also remain cancelled, the detailed information to this effect is made available with concerned Station Masters.

Earlier Southern Railway augmented one SWARN coach in Chennai Central - Mysuru - Chennai Central Shatabdi Express on a temporary basis for a period of three months.

Now Train number 12007 / 12008 Chennai Central – Mysuru – Chennai Central Shatabdi Express train has been granted an extension and will run with Swarn coach from May 11 to August 10.

For engineering works at Arambakkam in Chennai – Sulurpetta section, changes has been made in the pattern of suburban train services on 12, 13 & 14 May as per details -

The following suburban trains will be partially cancelled between Sulurpeta – Elavur on 12, 13 & 14 May.
Train number 42406 Sulurpeta – MMC EMU local, departing Sulurpeta at 10.00 AM, will be partially cancelled between Sulurpeta - Elavur.
Train number 42408 Sulurpeta – MMC EMU local, departing Sulurpeta at 11.15 AM, will be partially cancelled between Sulurpeta - Elavur.

The following suburban trains will be partially cancelled between Elavur – Sulurpeta on 12, 13 & 14 May -
Train number 42407 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU local departing MMC at 07.30 AM, will be partially cancelled between Elavur – Sulurpeta.
Train number 42409 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU local departing MMC at 08.15 AM, will be partially cancelled between Elavur – Sulurpeta.

To facilitate engineering works at Thiruninravur in Chennai – Arakkonam section, pattern of sub-urban train services will be affected from May 12 to May 16 as per details -

Train Number 43801 MMC – Arakkonam EMU local departing MMC at 01.20 AM, will be dealt o­n fast line from Villivakkam to Pattabiram West Siding. Note that this train will not stop at Korattur, Pattaravakkam, Thirumullaivoil, Annanur, Avadi, Hindu College, Pattabiram, Nemilichery, Thiruninravur, Veppampattu and Sevvapet Road railway stations.
Train number 43001 MMC – Avadi EMU local departing MMC at 00.15AM will be dealt o­n fast line from Villivakkam and therefore will not stop at Korattur, Pattaravakkam, Thirumullaivoil and Annanur railway stations.

Railway has changed terminal of train number 12615 / 12616 Chennai Central – Delhi Sarai Rohilla – Chennai Central Grand Trunk express train. This train will now run from and to New Delhi in place of Delhi Sarai Rohilla station as per details -

• Train number 12615 Chennai Central – Delhi Sarai Rohilla Grand Trunk express will arrive New Delhi station at 06:30 Am in the morning from May 21.
• Train number 12616 New Delhi - Chennai Central Grand Trunk Express will depart from New Delhi at 06:40 PM from May 23.

For the convenience of passengers, Southern Railway will add extra coaches. Train number 17230 / 17229 Hyderabad – Thiruvananthapuram – Hyderabad Sabari express will run with one extra Sleeper Class coach from May 12 to July 7.

दाधापारा-उरकुरा सेक्शन, जो रायपुर मंडल में आता है, में 17 जून को अप लाइन और 13, 27 मई, 10 जून को क्रमशः मिडिल लाइन में 20 मई व 24 जून को डाउन लाइन में आवश्यक मरम्मत कार्य किए जाएंगे।

इस काम के चलते ट्रेनों का आवागमन बाधित होगा |
ट्रेन संख्या 18238 छत्तीसगढ़ एक्सप्रेस रायपुर-बिलासपुर के बीच पैसेंजर बनकर चलेगी। 
ट्रेन नंबर 58117 को झारसुगुड़ा-गोन्दिया पैसेंजर बनकर रायपुर से गोंदिया रवाना किया जायेगा |
ट्रेन नंबर 58118 गोन्दिया-झारसुगुड़ा पैसेंजर को रायपुर में समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा |
