Four empty wagons of a goods train derailed in the siding loop line near Peelamedu on Friday.According to railway sources, a goods train from Hosur brought rice bags to the Food Corporation of India godown. After offloading the bags, the workers pushed the wagons to the loop line. Suddenly, the wagons started moving fast.In the process, they jumped off the rails and came to a halt after hitting a power supply post.Efforts were on to re-rail the wagons. | ||
