East Central Division of railway has launched an online grievance management system for its employees known as “Suvidha”. This will allow employee to register their complains, problems or difficulties online such as HRA issues, salary increment issues, promotional issue or issues relating to transfer. This move of East Central Railway has been welcomed by 22,000 employees of Dhanbad division. According to many employees, it’s a big relief for them as to complain about any kind of problem they need to travel from distant places like Chopan or Singrauli. Through this system problems of employees will be sent to particular department of the division and employees will be kept updated about the status about the same which they can check online. Every employee can generate their unique registration number through which they will be able to check the status. Those using smart phones can also register their grievances on Facebook id Srdpodhnecr or tweet to @SrDpodhanbad. An email id personneldepttdhn@gmail.com has also been generated by the personnel department to serve the purpose. Manual submission of grievance has always been a tedious job; this will help the entire division to address any grievance easily. |
