MUMBAI: Making a bid to address the issues faced by suburban rail commuters, Congress MP Sanjay Nirupam has organized a meeting of suburban rail commuters Wednesday, February 20, in Borivli suburb. Nirupam will be hearing the grievances of suburban travellers within the premises of Borivli railway station on the Western line that falls within his North Mumbai constituency.The meeting has been arranged at platform number 6 at 12.30 pm. The general manager of Western Railway, Mahesh Kumar, will also be present on the occasion.The meeting assumes significance in the backdrop of the impending railway budget. The Congress MP says he plans to share the feedback and important demands of Mumbai's suburban commuters with Union railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal. | ||
