12 passengers got injured due to derailment of Bhatinda – Jodhpur passenger train in Sriganganagar district in Rajasthan. Around 2AM in the morning today Bhatinda-Jodhpur passenger train derailed near Rajiyasar. Injured passengers were immediately taken to the nearest hospital for primary treatment. Bikaner-Suratgarh railway track in Bikaner division was blocked for several hours due to this incident. After restoration work by Railway authorities the movement of trains are normal now. Due to this incident several other trains like Kota Sriganganagar, Jammutavi express, Lalgarh-Abohar passenger, Jaipur-Suratgarh with Delhi Bikaner Express were diverted and cancelled. Moment after intimation of derailment local railway authorities with police force rushed to the spot with food and medical assistance team. | ||
