As part of `Black Week’ being observed by the railway employees, East Coast Railway Shramik Union (ECoRSU) conducted a mass dharna in front of the DRM’s office on Tuesday to protest against dilution of Joint Committee recommendations on career and progression, working and living conditions of trackman.ECORSU assistant general secretary B. Damodara Rao said the Railway Board set up the committee in association with recognised federations to study working conditions of 2.5 lakh trackmen.Working president (central) D.
