The East Coast Railway Sports Association (ECoRSA), Waltair, felicitated Divisional Railway Manager and its president N. Kashinath, who has been transferred, at a function here on Wednesday.Additional DRM and vice-president of ECoRSA C. Madhusudhana Rao said that performance of ECoRSA had shown a lot of progress under the guidance of Mr. Kashihanth.Sports Officer and Senior DOM H.S.
