The railway will hire the van and service of railway employees will be provided. The mobile reservation vans will be running on a pilot basis and the service will be launched within three months. “The vans are being piloted in certain places. The spots and timings will be announced earlier for the convenience of the passengers,” – said Sarla Balagopal, Chief Commercial Manager, Southern Railway. According to the source, ‘Mushkil Aasaan’ vans will cover busy junctions and suburbs alike. The vans will be stationed at each point for certain hours, before it is moved to next point.
