Chandigarh:At least 850 unmanned railway crossings exist in Punjab and 75 of them are accident-prone, an official spokesman said here today.The state government has issued an appeal to vehicle owners to take utmost care at unmanned railway crossings due to foggy season, he said.Nearly 3,500 people lose their lives in Punjab every year due to road accidents, the spokesman said. | ||
