KOLKATA 1: Railway wings in the eastern region have cancelled their New Year celebrations to express solidarity with the Delhi gang-rape victim.While the Eastern Railway announced that it would not hold celebrations on New Year’s Eve at its officers’ club in Kolkata, South Eastern Railway has cancelled its celebrations in view of the tragic incident in Delhi.According to a SER spokesperson, all the officers and staff of SER expressed grief over the death of the Delhi gang-rape victim. | ||
