Ludhiana:
The GRP police has arrested a thief and recovered 20 mobile phones and three laptops from his possession. The accused has been identified as Kulvir Singh of Golden Avenue Amritsar was nabbed by GRP police here today.During interrogation the accused confessed before the police officials that so far he has committed 30 robberies. There were two cases registered against him by the Amritsar police. He said that he used to board AC compartments of the trains and escape with mobile, cash and other valuables of the passengers.
