Train services along the south western routes to and from Howrah have been affected due to floods in the Vijayawada Division of South Central Railway.According to release by issued by South Eastern Railway, tracks in the Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada section were drowned in floods due to Cyclone Nilam.While Howrah-Chennai Mail, Howrah-Hatia Express and Hatia-Howrah Express were cancelled on Monday, at least four trains were rescheduled on Tuesday.The rescheduled trains included Howrah-Secunderabad Falaknuma Express (00.45 hours), Howrah-Chennai Coromandel Express (04.00 hours), Howrah-Kanniyakumari Express (05.30 hours) and Purulia-Villupuram Express (09.35 hours).Seven other trains to places such as Kanniyakumari, Yesvantpur, Villupuram and Chennai were also diverted and running late.
