Consequent to the revision of passenger fares with effect from Tuesday, Southern Railway has notified the new fares of the following Shatabdi, Duronto and Janshatabdi Expresses. According to a press note, the fares are exclusive of service tax and the total ticket price will be rounded off after addition of the tax.The Executive Class on the Duronto for Chennai-Coimbatore will cost Rs. 1,442 and AC Chair Car Rs. 662. The fares will be Rs. 1421 and Rs. 648 for Coimbatore-Chennai.The sleeper class fares on the Nizamuddin Duronto express are Rs. 898 for Chennai-Delhi and Rs. 919 for Delhi-Chennai. | ||
