A brace by R.C. Prakash spurred HASC to a 4-2 win over Rail Wheel Factory in the BDFA Super Division league here on Wednesday.The veteran’s two goals book-ended strikes by Jagdish and D. Raja as HASC climbed to the top of the league table.
