The Lions Club of Madras Harmony celebrated World Diabetic Day by conducting a diabetic detection and awareness camp at the Perambur Railway Station on November 14.N. Suresh Kumar, Regional Chairperson , inaugurated the camp in which more than 700 persons from various walks of life were screened. Pamphlets on diabetic prevention were distributed by V. Kumanan, District Chairperson .Club president P.P. Sudhakaran, Secretary J.Gopinath and treasurer A. Sambandan, were present during the camp. S. Ezhilan, Zonal Business Manager, British Biological Pharma Company, was also present.The club thanked S. Murugadoss, Station Master, Perambur Railway Station, for his support in conducting the camp. | ||
