This video is going viral in 2018. However, the real video was shot in 2017 around March. Indian Railways food quality and attitude of vendors have made life hell for passengers. The incident happened on board train number 12759 Chennai Central-Hyderabad Charminar Express at Secunderabad station. A penalty of Rs 1 lakh has been slapped on the vendor through the contracting agency, IRCTC.
