Title - Vishakhapatnam now a stop for Bengaluru – Guwahati Humsafar Express

When Humsafar Express was announced between Bengaluru Cant and Guwahati there train were expectations that it will also stop at Vishakhapatnam but when final list of stoppages were revealed ‘Vishakhapatnam’ was nowhere on the list.

For this reason Bhubaneshwar headquartered East-coast railway started receiving complaints on the twitter. Now with spate of complaints for not making Vishakhapatnam a stop for Humsafar, East coast railway issued a statement notifying that train number 12503 / 12504 will stop at Vishakhapatnam.

Some of the Tweets of irate passengers are –

“ECoR again made Vizag suffer. Should take up this issue with railway minister Syresh Prachu.”

“Does anyone need more proof for ECoR working against Vizag.”

“After initial mention of Vizag as a stoppage, it was deleted later. So much injustice to Vizag.”

This is not the first time twitter was flooded by such statements against ECoR. When Yesvantpur Tatkal Special introduced by South Western Railway turned into a Suvidha Special in the return direction by ECoR, the same reaction was seen on Twitter.
