Title - Vaigai Express and Pallavan Express train composition changed

Train number 12636 / 12635 Madurai – Chennai Egmore – Madurai Vaigai express and train number 12605 / 12606 Chennai Egmore – Karaikkudi – Chennai Egmore Pallavan express will now run with revised train composition.

A General Second Class coach has been replaced by a Second Class Chair Car and the new coach will act as a reserved coach. Besides this addiotion a composite Pantry Car which accommodates passengers partially and houses a pantry as well will also be replaced by a full-fledged pantry car.

These changes will come into effect accordingly -

• Train number 12636 Madurai – Chennai Egmore Vaigai express and train number 12605 Chennai Egmore – Karaikkudi Pallavan express will run with revised composition from September 11
  Train number 12606 Karaiikudi – Chennai Egmore Pallavan express and train number 12635 Chennai Egmore – Madurai Vaigai express will run with revised train composition from September 12.
